Got this for a cleanse and it basically made the cleanse useless. I mixed 4 T in 3 cups water and left it overnight. I even blended it in the morning and have what you see pictured. You basically have to chew it to swallow and choke trying to drink.
Makes me wonder what I was even ingesting. As mag citrate is supposed to dissolve from what I’ve read. And you can’t return the product or get your money back fyi 👎👎

The product is good, but the bag arrived with a small hole on top, resulting in a bit of powder spilling inside the packet.

I wish the seller provided info on how much ELEMENTAL magnesium is in, let’s say, in 100mg of this product (the product itself is magnesium and citrate and I would love to know how much of magnesium only without the citrate = elemental magnesium)… but it still works great. UPDATE: it does dissolve completely in a bottle of water carried and lightly shaken via natural movement of arms while walking fast on the way to the gym (20 minutes walk)!! I checked it 4 times and it ACTUALLY DISSOLVED all 4 times!! I was so happily surprised because it didn’t want to dissolve in a glass of water! I feel really great after using it. Great value because I got it in offer for $10. I use it together with msm to avoid notorious msm headaches etc and I take it with other supplements in small doses several times a day. It’s mag citrate so it helps to go to bathroom regularly but without any explosive “situations”. It also calms my mind. I don’t understand why ppl complain here that it’s not the kind of magnesium they looked for when they’re the ones who actually bought it – you’re responsible for your own life and to do your own research, no need to “downvote” a product YOU bought by mistake (without apparently doing even a quick research) and without even trying the product for the sake of checking out if it does what its original purpose is. Like “hello?..”

I’ve been using Calm Magnesium for the past several mont g s and love it. I was hoping to find a similar product at 1/3 of the price. No such luck. This is gritty like sand and does not dissolve. Even after throwing the mag into thr vitamix, it still wasn’t dissolvable. Plus, it doesn’t react well with my digestive system. You get what you pay for.

Gritty, chalky, I think they need to maybe grind the product finer and it might dissolve better. The chalky does not bother me as much as it not dissolving in water. The powder I used before this was more expensive, but since it 100% dissolved in water, I will go back to it or take pills. If you add this product to food, it might be ok.

My wife asked me to get her some magnesium. Went to all the big box stores they wanted way too much money. Not that she’s not worth it. In this economy every dollar in savings ,helps.
