Neem BARK is effective for your dental health, esp if you usually have lots of dental problems like I used to have until I discovered neem from friends who told me about the millions of people in India who for thousands of years used neem for their dental health & dental problems. I was encouraged when I read the scientific research reports.
Anyway, I misplaced my neem bark so I had to buy more. It is great quality bark powder. It cleared up the pain in my teeth & gums. I brush with it everyday now. It even has an expiration date listed on its packaging so you know when to get more fresh. Instead of plain water, I put a Tablespoon of bark powder into a cup of warm water and swish that “bark water” in my mouth while toothbrushing with my neem leaf toothpaste (and/or propolis and/or miswak and/or tea tree oil toothpaste) which is dipped heavily in neem bark also & dipped lightly with “bark water”. Especially anytime I sense anything in my gums/teeth, I quickly do this instead of just doing my usual regular toothbrushing.
If you’re using it to stop PAIN in your gums/teeth, in addition to doing the above, HOLD the “bark water†in your mouth where the pain is for at least 2 to 3 minutes so that the bark can get in contact with the infected area faster & longer. Then, spit it all out in the sink. Drink plain warm water to cleanse it all out of your mouth. Do this again & again until the pain subsides. The bark helps in not only killing the bacteria but also in keeping them off your teeth & gums. Neem has many actions to stop bacteria. No, it doesn’t taste nor look good in your mouth but if it keeps me from wasting my time & money going to the dentist chair, then that’s what matters.

I like this stuff alot and feel it’s working-
I use mixed with some neem leaf and coconut oil- brush teeth all around and leave on for maybe 10 or so minutes –

Tastes a little better than the leaf and mixes slightly better too. Would recommend for many digestive issues but start small because it is strong. Very cheap for how well it works.

I mixed a spoonful of this powder with coconut oil and rub it on my older dog’s gums as she had bad breath and within two weeks, no more bad breath and she likes the taste and doesn’t mind at all when I put it on her gums.
