The powder is fine and did not have any clumps in the bag. Very easy to blend or mix with various luquids. I have more energy and my sleep pattern is much better. Would recommend this product.

I was looking for a natural way to support my liver and learned about milk thistle. I wasn’t sure how this would taste and I have to admit, I’m pleasantly surprised. It has a “woodsy” flavor. The powder is fine, it blends easily with other ingredients and a little goes a long way. I’m now using it coffee, smoothies, and seasoning salts.

This is a lot cheaper than using pills, but I found my body tolerating the pills better, I believe this is because the pills are very low dose, you can easily overdo it with this powder.
With these supplement there is no need to make a long-term commitment unless you have a long-term disease , once you get better you should stop using them.

Product works great for me although the package was broken and much of the powder had spilled out into the shipping envelope. I started using what was left in the package and it worked wonders from the first day.
I sleep better, have more energy and I feel much more optimistic about my health and life. I had given the seller a 1 star rating initially due to the non-returnable policy, but now that I’ve used the remaining powder for a week or so and am getting wonderful effects, I’m upgrading my rating to 5.

It mixes easily in 8oz of water – it doesn’t really dissolve, though. It’s more of a suspension of a bunch of particles in water, where I can feel the gritty texture as I’m drinking it. Some sediment falls to the bottom, too, though maybe that wouldn’t happen if I put more water in to start with. But I’m using a small bottle for it, so instead I add a little more water when I’m done, to get the last bit at the end.
It tastes kind of earthy, and it has an aftertaste that I don’t care for, but I’d rather it be like that than have stuff mixed in. I can always add something with flavoring to it myself, if I want, or have something after to wash it down.
The package is resealable, but the zipper track doesn’t like to stick together very well. I’m not sure if it’s because the actual zipper track isn’t good, or if it just has a coating of fine powder on it. It would be nicer if it came in a tub.
The one I got in July 2023 has a “best by” date of January 16, 2025, and it also says it has a shelf life of 24 months (so I assume it was packaged in January 2023).

Mess free delivery, GREAT value for the money compared to Sprouts or supplement bottled. Not tasty but easy to mix! Doesn’t smell good either 😂
