So to clear up some fuzzy stuff here. I opened my bag surprised the contents were not like I remember camu powder looking or smelling like. Usually it’s light or dark brown depending on brand and kind of gritty. This is fluffy and looks like pink lemonade but you can smell the vitamin c potency. Confused I freaked and looked at reviews from upset buyers who also felt my confusion. Upon 2+ hours of research I found out that this is freeze dried JUICE from the camu berry, typically the brown grit is skin meat and possibly seeds dried then powdered whereas this should be labeled camu extract powder because if you search under that name the powdered juice appears. Health benefits are absolutely vitamin c oriented it seems but without skin I’m guessing some of the minerals content from a full berry are missing therefore maybe not as nutrient dense for added health benefits.. Don’t freak out like others here have and toss it, I did the research this is legit as a product it just could be labeled better for clarity sake.
