This is my go to mix for pre and post training session. I do various sports including ocr, deka , climbing , wakeboarding , as well as snowboarding and these two products allow me to continue the sports I love for longer . I take a scoop of sendure-x and 1 scoop mixed together 30 min before a work and I can tell a huge difference in my performance . The electrolytes and bcaa keep me hydrated as well as prevent delayed onset soreness . I have trouble with my water intake but the flow helps manage that . I can’t say enough about the sendure-x after I take it I can tell that my muscles do not fatigue as easyb and I’m able to have more quality training sessions for longer . If you haven’t tried it yet , it’s worth it !

As a pro ultrarunner, I take a scoop of this plus electrolytes before every long run or speed workout and find that it makes a noticeable difference in both endurance and power output. I can go much further before I notice my muscles fatiguing, and it feels easier to “rev up” to max speed during intervals. Plus it tastes delicious and makes being well hydrated a lot easier as someone who has trouble drinking enough water on its own and gets dehydrated quickly. Gentle on the stomach, no concerns about downing a bottle of it pre-run. Genuinely will turn around and go back home to shake up a bottle with it if I realize I forgot to before heading to the trail because it helps me get so much more out of the workout. I’ve also noticed that I recover faster between hard days now that I’m taking it regularly.

This stuff is terrible! Smells like beets, tastes like sour beets. It’s awful. This is the only pre-workout drink that I’ve tried that had absolutely zero effects. No pump at all. I’ve never had a hard time staying awake on the drive to the gym until this morning after using this mix.
Also bought the BCAA mix which has an aftertaste like cardboard. I took one drink of this during my workout this morning and poured the rest out. $80 down the drain on these two products. That’s a shame.
