I wish I could just drink this all the time because it taste like a creamsicle or…I’m not sure what. Just know that it is incredibly delicious. Now other BCAA powders I have used don’t taste bad but none have come to this level of yumminess. It’s both very coconutty and very lemony. I’m going to tell my kids about this one because they all take BCAA’s but I doubt theirs are this good.

I’ve tried several BCAA and hydration powders, but Perk BCAAs + Hydration Electrolytes stands out as one of my favorites. The lemon tart flavor is really refreshing; it’s tangy but not overly sweet, and I love the smoothness from the coconut water and coconut milk. It reminds me of a creamy, citrusy drink, and it’s a nice change from typical, overly sugary sports drinks.
This product is easy to mix, with no gritty residue left behind. It dissolves well in water, and though it does foam up a bit, that settles down quickly. Each scoop is one serving, and there are 20 total. Each serving contains 6 grams of BCAAs.

This is hands down the best BCAA supplement I’ve ever used. I’ve tried a ton of different ones and they all have about the same results, so I wasn’t expecting much from this one. Boy was I wrong! I took this before my usual workout and found that I had a lot of energy and had one of my best workouts in years. I was sleepy before I drank this and afterward, I woke right up. I was able to do a lot around my house after my workout and was even able to skip my afternoon nap. I know it’s this stuff because for over 4 years now I get extremely sleepy and tired in the afternoons and since I’ve been taking this, I have so much energy and no longer need to sleep later on in the day. I mix it with 18oz of water in my shake bottle and it mixes right up without any clumps. I was worried that it would be bitter with the lemon flavor but it tasted surprisingly good and smooth. The coconut balanced everything out. I’m going to buy more before I run out.

This tastes like lemon meringue pie.
It doesn’t dissolve instantly, but with a bit of stirring it does dissolve fully.
It only takes 1 scoop, unlike other brands/products, which means it goes farther.
Unfortunately, cannot speak to the efficacy of the hydration.

It’s good product as far as the electrolytes and ingredients, but the mixability and the flavor was not so good. Smells good though…

Wow this stuff is delicious and very refreshing.

Felt less soreness perhaps from the hydration And I felt more mobility too.
It didn’t dissolve instantly,
But I didn’t expect it to takes a little bit of stirring but once you stir enough it does dissolve fairly quickly.
Depending how much you stir and how hard you stir determines how much foam u can get at the top, But that kind of settles down after a few minutes too and it doesn’t take away from its deliciousness and refreshingness.
I’ve tried similar products and I have to say this one has been the best so far.
As far as price value it’s fair for the amount of servings you’re getting in a bottle..
I do like the fact that you only need to take one scoop instead of two like some other leading brands, It helps you save up on the product.

I’m pretty skeptical when it comes to trying an unknown electrolyte drink mix. I trained for a marathon once and sampled many different products, some of which were truly awful and none of which were really that great. This one though is really pretty good. Good enough to now be one of my favorites. I say one of, rather than straight out favorite because it has a peculiar taste and if I were in the mood for something else, then I wouldn’t want it. They’ve added coconut milk to this and that gives it a creamy taste that I haven’t seen in any other drink mix. It’s quite delicious and refreshing, and the lemon is a good combination with it. It’s not hard to mix either.
I’m excited to have this in my arsenal when it comes to the hot mountain hikes next summer.
