Purchased after watching several youtube videos on the benefits of amla oil for coily hair. Mixed it 1:2 with avocado oil and used it as a hot oil treatment. Application was not messy and hair was soft and easy to comb afterwards. Very happy with the product and will be buying again, especially if it lives up to the hype for its hair growth qualities.

I think it’s OK. I’ve been using it for a while. Well, at least a couple of weeks or so.

First and foremost, the benefits to my hair and skin are undeniable. Since using amla powder regularly, my hair feels stronger, and more voluminous. I’m postpartum ao this is very key. I’ve also noticed a significant reduction in hair fall, which has been a persistent issue for me in the past. The only issue that I have with it is I experienced strong cramps while drinking as a tea. A half teaspoon of it in my tea with ginger and lime juice. I do still experience the benefits of fullness drinking as a tea. But I also experience cramping side effects. But everybody is different. For hair I mix with olive oil and fenugreek seeds so I will stick with that
