I love taking resveratrol. My diet is not great so I take resveratrol and quercetin etc.. to supplement my diet which is low on fruits and veges. Not the nicest flavor unfortunately but I still take it.

I purchased this Resveratrol because of all the good benefits it supposed to provide. I was taking it regularly since September. Now it is beginning of February (actual date Jan.31), and I was told to throw it out immediately!
I did not know: the Resveratrol capsule should be light colour, almost white in its pure form. However, mine is dark brown! that means, my entire bottle is spoiled.
At the meantime, my urine turned into fauzzy, and has a very bad odour, and causing a burning sensation. However, I did not know the reason, it turned out it is caused by this spoiled batch of Resveratrol!
It turns out, while, Resveratrol is widely known for its antioxidant properties, under certain conditions it may behave as pro-oxidizing agent! Well, I guess, I picked a “winner” here. Instead of a powerful antioxidant, I ended up with a powerful oxidant, and as a result an inflammation.
My conclusion;,Resveratrol is very good for health IF you can get the supplement in its pure form (in pure form if it is a light colour, almost white), however if you end up with a spoiled batch like I did, the powder in the capsule is dark colour, do not use it, throw it out immediately. Or return it immediately if you can. Unfortunately my “return-window” is closed, I wasted CDN$ 26.95 beside self-inflecting a health-damage! My advice is PAY ATTENTION when you receive your supplements, KNOW what you supposed to receive, examine the content to make sure you received what you paid for. Wasting your money is your less problem, if you are not careful, you can cause irreversible health damage to yourself.
Another important note: Resveratrol might act like estrogen. If you have any condition that might be made worse by exposure to estrogen, don’t use resveratrol. This should be printed on every supplement bottle, but it isn’t.

After doing a lot of research on longevity and aging, I decided to start taking resveratrol. I ordered another brand then found this Canadian based company.
With resveratrol, I felt that my endurance during running was significantly better after a few weeks. With this product specifically, my metabolic rate is ramping up and I need to eat a lot more to maintain my current weight. It may be the running as another cause.
Overall, good product. A bit of a strong smell but good results.

All around great product, for a very very reasonable price when the quality you are getting is so high. This has been a game changer in my skin quality, as well as so many other benefits. Love that they have so many vitamins and supplements at a high concentration so I’m not taking 100 pills in a day like with some brands. Capsules are completely tasteless and not difficult to take daily. Love this addition to my health routine ! Would also highly recommend the green tea capsules, as both are usually priced much higher from other brands when at such a high concentration. Fantastic brand, will probably be switching to more products from them in the future after such a positive experience.
