    Been looking for a natural/organic body wash for a while. The smell is very lovely, it’s not over powering at all. Your skin doesn’t smell like it afterwards, but it suds up very nicely. it rinses clean, leaving no residue or sticky feeling. A little goes a long way as well! Someone mentioned when they used this they had a horrible respiratory reaction, and that alarmed me, but it was only one person, and some people can be very sensitive to some scents and others not, so I didn’t apply it to me. I am VERY sensitive to fumes and sprays and scents, and this doesn’t bother me one bit, so it should be fine for most, as well. I’ve only used it twice so far, but it hasn’t broken me out, or dried my skin anymore than the water here did before. I’m not sure how moisturizing it is yet, but will update if that changes 🙂 I’ll definitely be buying again when I run out. It makes me feel great using it because I know it’s free of most chemicals and irritants. Very fast shipping and packaged well! 🙂

    For many years Plantlife body wash and soaps are the ONLY brand I buy because I have skin issues, and their products are all natural easy on any type of concern or you just want lovely gentle soap products. The Patchiola is one of my favorite for an all body clean and pleasant wash.

    If you are buying this body wah for the patchouli scent you may want reconsider. The patchouli is very, very light, and I do not detect it after a shower but to be sure, ask someone else if they can smell a patchouli scent, you may just be “nose blind” by then and so used to smelling it that it is no longer detected by you. The body wash makes my skin soft and feels like a good quality product no tightness, itchiness, etc after a shower and I did not use lotion like I usually do after. So, I gave it 4 stars because there is not much patchouli scent, but the body wash itself is a good product for softer skin in general.

  6. I would not recommend this product as it does not smell like any patchouli fragrance I have known –

    The first shower it smelled wonderful but after that it seems as if all the fragrance has disappeared leaving a faint odd scent

    I took a chance buying this product sight and scent, unseen! I absolutely love this body wash. It’s fragrant and the scent is long-lasting! The scent is subtle and not at all over powering.
