I prefer a high dose of zinc during the cold and flu season. I do like that they are in capsules and go down easily. No sticking to your throat when swallowed.

PlantFusion Vegan Zinc Supplements
I can’t remember the last time I took a pill in a capsule form like this, so used to just tablets or gummies nowadays. Solid profile on this supplement though. I typically dont take them unless I feel a cold/flu coming on along with some vitamin c. Careful if you take other supplements as these have quite a bit of zinc already! Easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste.

I ordered zinc but the label on the front says Vitamin D3 & K2 , the attached label on the back says zinc. The capsule has white powder in it. It’s great that this brand is vegan, organic , non -gmo, & kosher but I don’t know what I received.

One of the main reasons I chose this product is its organic and vegan formulation. As someone who values natural supplements, it’s reassuring to know that I’m getting a high-quality product that aligns with my values. Plus, it’s non-GMO, vegan, and free of gluten, dairy, and artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives, making it suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions.
Being chelated for maximum uptake is also an added benefit.
I can’t say that I’ve had any positive or negative side effects from these capsules, but supplements often have subtle effects and take time to be most effective. I’ll update this review if anything changes.

Get your zinc and a whole lot more in one capsule. This zinc supplement goes above and beyond with the addition of an organic whole food blend. Still always best to try to meet your nutritional needs through food, but supplements can still play an important part. And here a component of the supplement is food. The ingredients label almost reads like some type of unique salad recipe. Much better than an ingredient list that requires a masters in chemistry to decipher.
Easy to swallow. One a day. No strange taste or smell. Good stuff.

This review is for PlantFusion Vegan Zinc Supplements, 60 capsules.
These capsule contain a light green powder which has a mild vegetal scent, but no discernible flavor while taking. I found the medium size capsules to be easy to swallow.
I appreciate that this supplement uses organic, non-GMO ingredients.
This supplement provides 200% of the daily recommendation, so I’m careful not to take other supplements containing zinc while taking these.
The suggested serving size is 1 capsule per day making this a 2 month supply. The expiration date is 12/2026.
As a side note, according to the manufacture’s web site, these PlantFusion Vegan Zinc Supplements are manufactured in the USA.
