I’ve been meaning to try tart cherry juice for the natural melatonin boost, but this is really convenient. They smell just a bit like pepper which is inoffensive to me. I’ve only been trying these a few nights so far but I feel like they are really helping me to unwind for bed, sleep through the night, and get a better nights sleep. If you do research on tart cherries, you will find them to be high in antioxidants and beneficial nutrients for good health. Elderberries are also good immunity boosters. The powder in the capsules is light red as it should be, and the supplement also contains black pepper extract for absorption. I like that the address of the company is on the label for transparency. They have a nice website to check out plus a contact number.

I got the Plant Therapy Tart Cherry with Elderberry to help increase my health. As a woman going through the stages of perimenopause, I wanted something that would aid in the joint pain and sleep issues that I have been having. I’ve only taken them for a couple of days and I don’t know that I noticed too much of a difference because I increased my magnesium as well. I will try to update this once I have done 30 days. This product has so many other health benefits. I would say as we as women age taking care of our health is very important.

I thought this was way overpriced at first glance, but then realized it’s a nice high dose (4000mg) of the cherry, and 4 months worth. It also comes with elderberry (1000mg; a med-low dose), and is third-party tested and packaged in a clean capsule. So that’s what you’re paying for. I opened one up and swallowed 1/2 of the powder – it tastes of dried cherry with a mild kick, which must be the black pepper, so it’s for real. I know tart cherry is supposed to be good for sleep and usually I do ok with it, but so far it hasn’t helped mine, though I wouldn’t make too much out of one person’s experience. Lastly, for all of their focus on transparency, the only thing I’m disappointed by is it doesn’t say where it’s made or sourced, which is my main complaint and usually I knock a star off for that. Even so, given the third party testing and knowing this brand, I’m still confident about the product quality.
