I have been taking Boswellia supplements before and just started this from the brand Plant Therapy. The main benefits of my taking Boswellia is to support my health as it’s thought to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. I like the fact that Plant Therapy’s Boswellia supplement is an extract with verified potency and not a just a crushed herb. I am taking the suggested serving of 1-2 easy to swallow vegetarian capsules daily, and the 120 count bottle will last me 60-120 days. As always, I have confidence knowing that this company Plant Therapy is committed to high quality, safety and transparency for all their products. They produce their herbal supplements here in the USA in a state of the art facility in Twin Falls, ID. and is 3rd Party tested and verified. This is a review for Plant Therapy Boswellia Herbal Supplement.
Boswellia is an herb I have been using for several years. The thing I have noticed with Boswellia is that usually, you will know if it’s working for you within a couple days, depending on your specific issues of course, and the quality of the supplement you are taking. Plant Therapy is one of the brands where I noticed some benefit after several days. It’s been very helpful for me for just being able to have a “Physically” less stressful day. The suggested dose is 1-2 a day and I did take 2 a day.
It doesn’t say whether you should take it with food or not, but I prefer to take many of my pills with food because I seem to have a sensitive stomach. If you take 2 a day like I do this bottle will last 2 months. The cost for a 2 month’s supply is very reasonable. This product is supposed to be standardized to 65% which is purer than let’s say a 35% standardization. Plant Therapy states that all their products are 3rd party lab tested, and they have posted that document on their product webpage (half way down the page). They also have a badge stating their products are organic and the Leaping Bunny certification. Somewhere on their website they wrote about their “facility’. Don’t know if that means their manufacturing facility and it’s not clear if it is cGMP. I did not see a reference to non GMO of their ingredients. My only issue here is that they have a really great website with loads of great information but all the information that one needs to verify transparency is all over the website. Would be nice if that information could be in just 1 location. I do recommend Plant Therapy. This Boswellia works for what it was intended for. Also, you will find a lot of good information on their website, but it may take all night.

Sometimes plant supplements bother my stomach, but I didn’t have too much issue with boswellia from Plant Therapy. These have helped me somewhat with inflammation in my body, and generally just giving me a little more piece of mind. I haven’t seen any skin benefits. These are vegetarian and made in the US, and I’ve heard great things about Plant Therapy in general. I look forward to trying out more of their products.

I love this brand. Been with them from the beginning. The capsule is easy to swallow and doesn’t have a weird taste. It smells good inside the bottle. The ingredients this company uses are trustworthy and good quality. I can’t speak to it’s effectiveness because I have a very sensitive stomach that just wouldn’t tolerate them long enough to find out. Otherwise I know this is a good product because I’ve used their products for a long time.

I got these because I go to the gym pretty often and some days are really on the joints. I took this for 2 weeks straight and I felt like I noticed a little bit of a difference, but then I had moments where I felt nauseated from taking them. I couldn’t put my finger on it, on why I was feeling a little funky. I stopped taking these and it went away. I started taking them again a couple weeks later and I got that same feeling. I am not sure if it is these or if it was something else but I’m going to give them another try.
