Taste is a huge factor for me when I take any chewable supplements, I don’t care how effective something if is it’s bitter I can’t take it. These were perfect, not bitter and not too sweet either. I love that they are vegan since I can’t take anything that contains gelatin.

I been taking the recommended dose of two gummies. I tried them at different times on different days. The first time was early afternoon and couldn’t tell if it was the gummies or me already feeling tired from lack of sleep. The second day, during late afternoon, not feeling tired. I didn’t noticed anything. The third day or rather night I took it before bed to help relax me. Nothing noticeable, for a week now I’ve been taking them. I was really hoping I would feel some sort of calming sensation or something that I could start taking when I feel stressed and perhaps before bed. Looks like I need something stronger. I gave it 3 stars because they taste great and are very easy to chew and are made with healthy ingredients.
