    I like this product and use it when I have to get deeper sleep. It’s not something that will ease you into sleep, rather something that promotes relaxation I take it with Ashwaganda, Magnesium, and L-theanine..
    That combination seems to work very well for me.

    PIPING ROCK VALERIAN ROOT CAPSULES 2400 MG/120 COUNT/HERBAL EXTRACT SUPPLEMENT

    This is a different brand than I’m used to taking and it only offers half as many capsules. My usual brand might be still in a box that I haven’t opened. One thing about these that I think that I thought were the type that might not be available anymore. So inflation hits us everywhere with half the capsule count, but the reason I mistook them as another brand is since the bottle looks identical. With all that aside the most important thing is that if you have trouble falling and staying asleep these are a natural herbal supplement that won’t make you drowsy in the morning for more than 10 or 15 minutes without coffee or tea. I usually drink green tea with honey and I’m instantly awake. They are 2400 MG so that’s another reason why I mistook these from the other brand. I would only take one and see how it works since 2400 MG is high, but remember it’s a natural herbal supplement that is pretty effective since I’d rather choose that over a prescription sleep aid. I get a good night sleep with one at 2400 MG. Another brand that is just as effective that I usually take is 1700 MG and I should remember the brand but they’re organic and if you search those terms up at the top it will be the only one that pops up. I don’t know if I ordered these as a back up but definitely thought they were the ones I used to always get. I’m sure these will be safe and work, but my usual ones are the organic ones.

    My neighbor had me order this so she could get a good nights sleep because her brother-in-law uses it all the time. She hasn’t been taking it for very long but commented that she got her best sleep last night. Instead of waking up at 4 am, she woke up at 10 am feeling refreshed, not groggy.

    I’d rather just take magnesium. This didn’t help me sleep compared with melatonin I would normally take. I got curious how effective this supplement would work but I’ve taken a few times unfortunately you can’t return or exchange this product

    This definitely works! Keeps me asleep and even if I wake up in the middle of the night, I can usually go right back to sleep when I take these. Hope they work longterm.

    I have bought this a few times now and find it continues to work. I take it when I’m ready for bed, and it takes about 20 minutes to put me sleep. I have chronic sleep problems and this helps so much. I’m not a huge fan of the smell, but the quality of the product is great. I don’t wake up drowsy and I sleep deeply when using it. It’s definitely my go to product for sleep. It arrived on time, packaging was intact and I will continue to purchase this product ad well as recommend it to friends and family. It’s safe and natural. Love it
