Major scam. Would be zero stars if Amazon would allow. The description on Amazon says 1 capsule per 1000mg serving. The picture of the product Supplement Facts says 2 capsules per 1000mg serving, only noticed it after I got the bottle. The actual bottle label (see picture) says use 4 capsules for 1000mg., making it one of the highest priced options at $0.32 per 1000mg.

When I purchase supplements, I look for several criteria before settling on a brand to purchase, having already researched the supplement itself and making the decision to try it.
Is this supplement produced in a GMP compliant facility? There’s nothing on the packaging to indicate that it is. The listing indicates “GMP”, but does not actually state GMP Certified.
Is this supplement certified organic or non-GMO? The packaging states this is a non-GMO product.
Does it contain fillers? Yes.
Then, on arrival there are a few more criteria I use to decide if I’m comfortable ingesting the supplement.
Are the outer band and inner seal intact? Yes.
Is the expiration date far enough out for me to use them before they begin to deteriorate? This bottle has an expiration date of June 2026.
Does the supplement look as expected? Yes.

Additional details say to “Please see … above”. So when you look at the image of the bottle it says the dose for 1,000 mg is 2 capsules but the bottle that I received says 4 capsules. It’s completely misleading and rip off and I will be sending these back because for the price I can get something else, and be more cost effective. Going from almost 2 months Supply to less then 1 month is ridiculous. Everything else out there is 500 mg for one capsule. This went from being cheaper to more expensive.

It’s the first medication that helped me after trying many other products. It took several weeks to figure out
the right amount to take and how often. I guess that’s different for everybody but I am fine now.
It’s a good product and I would highly recommend it.

I typically do 22 hour fast under the intermittent fasting setup, but I do the bone broth style. So I still get electrolytes and protein, but I give my digestion a break and I clear out toxins and bad buildup in my body. Also of course weight loss. What I do is eat the night before and go to bed like normal, but when I get up I take two inulin caps with my bone broth to expedite my sugar reduction to make my fast move along to the next stage. This will continue to be part of my fasting regimen as the dietary fiber helps to reduce the sugar in the body and makes my short fasts more effective.

Aside from the flip-cap being broken when I got it, the product is fine. I like all the Piping Rock products.
