    Yummy, but a little too sugary sweet. Not a big deal, but they could tone down the sugar a bit. No complaints otherwise.
    Helps me sleep.

    I require a higher dosage of melatonin, always have, these gummies make it to where I don’t have to take 10 of them just to get some sleep.
    Plus, they taste great! I prefer these over most.

    Each Gummy is 2.5mg of Melatonin, and has 1 added sugar.
    I do prefer the gummies over tablets, and the strawberry flavor is very pleasing.
    I would like to comment that the child-proof cap is also senior-proof. The bottle was almost impossible to open, and now that I have it open I will not ever be closing it completely.

    These are a great deal for how many you get per bottle. Would recommend for anybody who takes Melatonin. The flavor is actually really good so taking them doesn’t suck. (honestly I often go get a pack of my kids’ fruit snacks after I have the 1 because I like the flavor so much haha) Sleep quality is great. Good product!
