Honestly I was not a fan of these gummies, it has a very strong irony taste, the texture is okay, it’s just the taste that threw it off for me! If you don’t mind that it should be beneficial for you at a good price. It smells a bit like iron not too bad. Seems to be good quality

After a recent blood test I discovered my iron was low. I wasn’t excited about taking a supplement as I’ve taken them in the past and they taste bad and sometimes upset my stomach. These are very pleasant tasting and no GI upset.
The recommended dosing is 3 per serving so this 90 pill bottle is a one month supply.

Tastes delicious! Like a real gummy, honestly even better. The texture is so good, that I didn’t even realize how good it was, (until I bought from other companies, where those ones were too hard, and stuck to my teeth, or were fine, but just crumbled). Not these ones! Not only do they have a little bite to them, for the pleasure of biting into, and are easily chewable, they are dry and easy to touch, so that hands will feel reasonably clean after touching them, so that you can quickly eat them on the go, without needing to spend time washing your hands.
Regarding the nutritional value of the gummies, I like how there’s more than just iron. It makes me feel like I’m eating something healthy. They definitely DO work! Which makes me pretty satisfied. One thing though, is that I wished there was a sugar free version. I absolutely love everything else about this product though, so I will definitely buy again!

Easy to take, even though it has the iron after taste it’s not that bad because of the grapey flavour, they are not very big so it’s easy to chew, I can feel a difference in my energy levels already, it’s good quality for the price.
