I had elevated liver enzymes the last time I had bloodwork done. After I found out I set out to find a way to bring them down. This liver cleanse was for that. I usually take these with lunch. I take (2 ) with a full glass of water. That makes it last for 45 days. These are easy to swallow. I did have my enzymes rechecked and they did go down. So, I would say these work. I was doing other things as well. But together they all helped.

I’ve had a hangover for about 15 years. I’ve tried many things… medications, activities, food, drinks… but nothing worked. It works for me for after beer drinking hangover, but after Vine or hard drinks my hangover still exists, it’s lighter, but I have it again. Maybe I need to take a second one bottle. I will try and write an update again.

I purchased from this brand before they started selling on Amazon and overall they are a good trusted brand.
What really caught my attention on these is that I am one of the few that has a MTHFR C677T AA mutation. This means my methylation is only at 30% of “normal” people. For me, this equates to having mastocytosis and reacting like the canary in the coal mine to toxins. Having taken the all out, everywhere I could easily do so and eating organic and clean from meat, to veggies, to nuts, I STILL had issues in my detox pathways. I take methylfolate, or course, but THIS includes ALA, phosphatidylcholine, and glutathione, all of which are on that pathway that helps detoxify things. This will give you just a few extra things beyond B vitamins to get that pathway working a little better.

I read the book liver rescue and all of the ingredients in this one stop shopping liver detox supplement. I usually take milk. Thistle, dandelion and artichoke separately. This saves me a lot of money to just have all three of these and more in one pill. I’m cutting out drinking and trying to detox my body as I kind of went on a binger.
