Plant sterols seem like a safe, natural, promising supplement for helping to manage cholesterol levels, so I am eager to incorporate them. Only time will tell if they have any impact on my numbers, so I will try to update the next time I have blood work done. The small amount of research I did about the company wasn’t too exciting, IMO. Made in the USA and third-party testing, both of which are good, but their website seems full of a lot of generalities, and customer reviews seem mixed, so we’ll see! For now, I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt, and their pricing is definitely attractive.

Drink with a lot of water. These do have an after taste to them. I’m not sure if these work yet. They get four stars only because they are horse pills. They are not sticky. They don’t stink. Good value for money and good size product. Energy level I’m not sure about. Time will tell if these work or not. I’m not cool with the pill size tho.

I was initially apprehensive upon opening the container as there was an unpleasant odor, but I’m pleased to report the capsules themselves are odorless, tasteless and the coating helps you swallow them fairly effortlessly. As for how well they work, I’ll need to wait for my next bloodwork and chekup with the doc but from what I’ve been reading, plant sterols should be a good thing to incorporate into my diet, especially considering I don’t eat that well to begin with. I will certainly try this easy way to maintain cholesterol levels with this very reasonably priced supplement.
