I took No Flow for 2 weeks every day, and it did not work at reducing my supply at all. Was really disappointed in it not working, especially with it being on the more expensive side. The smell and taste were a little pungent, but it wasn’t bad if you drank it with juice.

Started taking these after I gave birth and worked great! As fast acting as they are I was surprised the relief it brought me. My boobs were engorged, painful, and hard. I was leaking a lot and within a few days my boobs weren’t hard and stopped leaking. The taste/smell of the pill is nasty but I just take them with juice to drown it out. They were on the expensive side for me but definitely worth the money.

I dealt with a major oversupply with my son (born 11/18/2020). My dream was to exclusively nurse but that quickly changed when I would be so engorged that when he’d feed he would get sprayed and become frustrated easily. I started using my manual pump for let down then would nurse but I still felt SO engorged. This went on for months and I got mastitis twice during this time. I tried block feeding, I used various teas, supplements, herbs, cabbage leaves, etc. and nothing seemed to help dwindle my supply to a normal level. I bought this product with high hopes due to the reviews but it didn’t seem to work for me… which is unfortunate because it wasn’t cheap either and not something you can return. Provided some relief of engorgement but didn’t really “dry up” my supply. I really wanted to love it, too!

These do the job. However, I used them along with several other things to help dry up my milk after I was done exclusively pumping for my baby. I used these supplements and took 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I also used peppermint oil directly on my breasts and binded them tightly with ace bandage and with a sports bra on top. I feel as if these did help me stop producing milk
