Most people don’t need salt tablets but my POTS specialist wants me to take at least 8-10 grams of salt a day, so I try to take at least ten capsules every day of 1000mg salt. I usually take a himalayan salt capsule by a well known company that does rigorous testing for quality. I find these tablets really hard to swallow for me but I have thyroid nodules which may make swallowing more difficult than for the average person.
I do like the small amounts of calcium and magnesium in this, but its not enough to offset the advantages of having a higher quality product with no contamination so I wouldn’t purchase this again or recommend it to others.

I love the idea of these salt tablets. One bottle will last you a year if you only use one/day, which is recommended.
Remember, this type of salt does not contain iodine, so you will need to get that from food and/or a supplement, or a sea salt.
My concerns are twofold:
1. Plastics- I’ve been hearing that pink salt could be contaminated with plastic pieces. Usually, I buy it in rock form and grind it myself, but that doesn’t apply to these tablets.
2. Heavy metals – I’ve also been hearing that pink salt could be contaminated by heavy metals during processing.
I would love it if the manufacturer would update the description to address these concerns, so we could have peace of mind as consumers.

Love that it is Pink Himalayan tablets. They are easy to swallow and no after taste. Contains extra supplements such as calcium and magnesium. These are great if you are working out or sick and need the extra hydration. The expiration date is far out as well so you have plenty of time to use them. Looks just like the description in the ad. I did not notice any side effects so far but I did drink plenty of water when I initially take the tablets.

I mean, it is salt on pill form… Pink Himalayan salt is super beneficial, full of good for you minerals. If you have a hard time getting enough in your diet, these would be a quick way to get more. Makes a great shtf addition. It’ll stay good for a long time.

People have been conditioned to fear too much sodium, but it’s actually extremely vital to a healthy body and its functions. These are an easy way to make sure you’re getting enough, without the salty taste that turns some people off. Keep these on hand for when hydration is extra important ie: working out or ill. Great to have on hand!!

I really like these Pink Himalayan Salt tablets! Due to my diet, Carnivore, I need extra electrolytes and most people eating a SAD diet (Standard American Diet) don’t get enough sodium. I am not a Dr. and this is not medical advice so please do your own research!
It love my salty, buttery coffee in the morning. I drop one of these tablets in my hot coffee, stir and it dissolves completely. I travel a lot and these are easy to travel with as well! You could also just swallow these or mix in your foods / smoothies if you wanted. I have used a pill splitter and these held together well and did not crumble. You have lots of options to takes these so whatever works best for you!
This is a 1 year supply if you take 1 a day and it’s only $12.99. I tend to take more than 1 on some days so I don’t imagine this will last me a full year but the price point is still very good!
This also has a small amount of Calcium and Magnesium, not enough for my needs but I do appreciate that as well! Recommend!
