It’s hard to know what a zit would or wouldn’t do without treatment: Dry up pretty quickly? Sit down and fester for a spell? I’ve worn a patch overnight on my arms, chin, and the tender inner edge of a nostril with no ill effects. The arm/chin zits weren’t very raised or fiery to begin with and quickly calmed down to the point they’re barely a mark a couple of days later. The nose zit was one of those horrifying “Where did that come from?! I can’t believe I was walking around like this!!!” situations that surprised me in the mirror after a long workday. The pus-filled bump didn’t get any bigger overnight under the patch, but it also didn’t get any smaller (the directions say it “usually takes 1-2 days for whiteheads, while it can take longer for more stubborn or under the skin type of blemishes”). I wasn’t about to walk around with that thing unpopped, since it was so conspicuous. Desperate times… Speaking of popping, I imagine someone prone to frequent picking/popping would absolutely benefit from these patches, not only as a treatment but also as a barrier. You don’t want to pick off that thing you paid for, right? Plus, they don’t loosen on the edges as, say, a bandage would do, tempting anyone to pick it off. These patches really do stay on, and they blend in so well with my (pale) skin that I almost wore them out and about. As someone with sensitive skin let me say I had zero irritation from this product. The patches also come in 4 different sizes and can easily be cut down to fit a smaller area if needed. Just store the extras in the included resealable bag. And you’ll have plenty of extras! This box is a great value.

These patches feel so lightweight I almost forget they are on my face. I use these as soon as I feel pimples popping up and these patches work like a charm. It’s gross yet oddly satisfying to see all the gunk that it collects once I remove them.

These seem to work well for my skin. I put these on at night before bed and by morning I could see my breakout flattened. These patches stayed on throughout the night, none of them got lost, they stuck very well on my face. I appreciate that they included a little mini packet to put a few of these in there for when you’re going on vacation or even for the day time (eg: at work, errands, etc). The 171 count pack is definitely the best value as of right now. Overall I am happy with this brand. These are made in Korea.

I’ve tried a variety of brands of patches in a variety of sizes, and I’m kind of amazed at how much the thicknesses vary. These are not the thickest I’ve tried, but they are a close second. I don’t wear makeup, but I can confidently say there is no concealing these patches, and they do not disappear on your face. Well, not on my face, at least. This wouldn’t be such a big deal if they weren’t marketed for day or night use. I barely even leave the house, and I will not be using these during the day. Which brings me to effectiveness. I’m not yet convinced that these are more effective than other brands, but they’re no worse, and they definitely do stay in place, so I will continue to use them. But only at night. And I won’t reorder.
