This fat burner is legit! 1 week in and I lost about 5cm (2in) around my stomach – my trouble area. I’ve been Keto and hitting the gym hard for 2 months and hit a plateau both in measurements and on the scale for the past 2-3 weeks and decided I could use a little boost to get things moving again – this was perfect for that! Nighttime Fat Burner! A great title of a product that unfortunately doesn’t work. I strive to honestly try & verify products used & purchased. After using my bottle of this product, I wondered if it was my body chemistry that caused it not to work. So, I purchased another bottle and gifted it to a friend. As this friend has the uncanny ability to lose a basic amount of weight, I figured she would find the product a success.
Unfortunately she did not, nor did another friend who also gave this product a try. That told the three of us that despite other glowing reviews, this product was not the raving success others reported it to be.
After speaking to a Dr & nutritionist, I was informed that while this product had diuretic properties, causing some to lose water weight, according to these individuals, there is no proof that any pill will aid you in losing weight, and unfortunately, losing weight by doing nothing but sleeping 9 out of 10 times has no effect of weight loss.
I must rate this product as I have due to multiple attempts by multiple people with no weight loss and due to questionable ingredients in said product.

I just started taking this product and I take it 1 hour before any meal 3 times a day. It fills you up so you don’t eat as much come meal times. I would recommend this.

I bought these Fat burners hoping to loose a few inches in my belly before I go to Florida in 15 days now. But nope no results not satisfied I eat healthy and drink lots of water I take 2 pills in the morning on a empty stomach with a whole 8oz of water I don’t eat until around 1pm usually jerky/salami and cheese then eat dinner at 6pm usually meat and veggies and los of water through the day this pill makes you frequently tho!
