I tried Optimal Keto based on the new 1275mg formula, and while it does seem to provide some benefits, I’m not completely convinced. The added electrolytes like magnesium, calcium, and sodium seem to help with hydration and energy levels, which is great for supporting a keto lifestyle. The capsules are easy to take, and the 30-day supply is a nice touch.
However, I have some concerns about Justified Laboratories, the brand behind this product. Their website feels very generic and looks like it was created by AI—it doesn’t offer much information about the company or its manufacturing process. I resumed my Keto diet about 3 weeks ago, and decided to order this because I like the benefits that ACV may possibly have with my weight loss goals, as well as the Green Tea Leaf as an antioxidant. Then there’s the Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is also beneficial. I tried taking all of these things in their raw form daily, but it was too difficult to keep up with, given my busy schedule. So I figured this supplement might be a more convenient way to get all of these beneficial things. It’s difficult to evaluate its efficacy at this point, but I have not had any adverse effects. The bottles arrived well packaged and sealed with an expiration date well into the future.

I currently take apple cider vinegar everyday and having it incorporated in a pill is definitely more palatable. The pills are easy to swallow and I fortunately have experience no adverse effects.

Been on a keto diet for awhile now and looking to help boost it’s effects. Gave these a try and after a few weeks of using them with my diet, I’ve lost an additional half pound each week vs just doing the diet by itself. The ACV is a great addition and I think makes the most difference, but along with the EVOO and other minerals it really does help you feel better by replenishing the vitamins/minerals you can sometimes lose on the keto based diet. Felt better and lost a little more weight so a winner in my book.

I have been on the Keto diet for several months. I have experienced “Keto Flu” off and on during the diet. I found that one of the reason for Keto Flu was the drain of key electrolytes during the diet. I saw this supplement and thought I was give it a try. The supplement contains key nutrients that are rapidly depleted during the Keto diet. After taking the supplement for over a week, I have to say that I do feel better. I do not have the complete lack of energy feeling I was having. I also have not experienced Keto Flu since taking the supplement daily. Everyone is different. However, for me, I do feel this supplement has been helpful.
