I start to get hangovers after 2 IPAs. The night I tried these, I took two pills before drinking and two pills after. I probably had three IPAs and a couple mixed drinks. I definitely felt somewhat hungover the next day but not nearly as bad as what it could have been. This is definitely not a cure but it is an aid. Would I purchase again? On the fence.

I would not call this a hangover cure, BUT electrolytes always help, and I find Flyby to be more palatable than my previous go-tos of Pedialyte or Gatorade. I did buy both the electrolyte supplement and the pills initially. After some experimentation, I’ve determined that the pills don’t seem to have much effect one way or another. The electrolyte supplement, on the other hand, is great! I add a quick squeeze to a 16oz glass of water any time I’m feeling dehydrated (not just after drinking). It has a very mild, almost unnoticeable flavor and definitely helps with hydration. It took me about 4 months to go through one bottle, using it as needed, so I’d say the value is pretty good as well.

I took the Flyby Recovery pills as instructed and they worked very well. I woke up the next morning with no hangover and no headache. I suggest giving them a try.

I work outside as a landscaper, so hydration is a must, especially during the summer. I’m not a big fan of drinking just plain old water, so I try to mix it up by (super) watering down different kinds of juices, or squeezing a lemon or lime. But when you sweat, that just isn’t enough to replace what you loose. Even though I would drink enough, I still felt thirsty and sluggish, and achy too. So at the recommendation of my chiropractor, I looked for an electrolyte additive, and found flyby. I haven’t used it long, but I have noticed a difference in feeling more hydrated and longer, and more alert, even in the heat. It’s simple and easy to use (though maybe if there was a way to make it a bit more concentrated, that would be cooler than counting 40 drops per 32oz). I also love that it’s just electrolytes and trace minerals your body needs, no flavoring, no sugars. And it’s a convenient size bottle to throw in my bag for work, as well as worth the price. I have even been putting it on my drinks at home to help supplement, though unless I feel dehydrated I go a little under the recommended dose at home, just so I don’t risk getting an upset tummy, which I am glad to say has not happened yet. I have also been recommending it to others I know who work outside; it can be a real lifesaver.

I got this to help with electrolyte replenishment during extended fasting. With the low amount of sodium and potassium I will use the whole bottle in only two day, which is a very expensive way of doing this. It’s also poorly balanced – one serve is 3%DV potassium, 5%DV sodium and 18%DV chloride.
Might work if you’re looking for a little extra, but useless if you’re trying to meet electrolyte needs while fasting.

I’ve had intense stomach issues for the past 3 months and I didn’t know wtf it was coming from. I’ve been getting up at 5 a.m. for the last two months basically with inflammation in my stomach and my stomach shaking. And in the morning I would notice tightness and inflammation to the right of my abdomen I was really confused on what was causing this and I had tried a lot of different natural antibiotics and this thing wouldn’t go away it was a little concerning and exhausting.
I was taking these electrolytes every night.
Then I put two and two together as last night I took the electrolytes a little later than usual and for the first time I started feeling what I was feeling around 8 a.m.instead of 5. Anyways this is the only constant thing I’ve really been taking for the last several months so then I started to think about it and then I finally got the idea that this was actually causing my issues. My bottle was about to run out anyway thank God but then I opened it and it smelled completely Rancid. Super uncool honestly I was really concerned I went to a gastro to get x-rays and an ultrasound and I’ve come to the conclusion that it was this the whole time. Buyer beware.
I do not know if they changed the formula but for what it’s worth I bought these two bottles middle of August I didn’t smell the first one I had thrown that out a long time ago since I already finished it but what I can say is that the taste is not salty at all and I noticed another poster mentioning the same that he thought the formula has changed in that it was no longer salty and he noticed it had a Milky flavor. I’m not really sure what happened all I do know is that I’ve had intense stomach issues for the last 3 months and I suggest others to pay attention to the quality of the product they are receiving I’m definitely not going to purchase this again I’m just glad I finally figured this out because I wasn’t sure what to do anymore.
FYI checked expiration date 02/22 not even close.

I’ve recently started a low carb diet, for the 3rd time, on the advice of my doctor. I failed the first two times within a week because I had debilitating muscle cramps in my feet, legs, shoulders, and back. Forget walking for exercise…I couldn’t even walk to the other side of the room. Docs did bloodwork but they couldn’t identify exactly what was deficient so they said just drink some broth and take otc magnesium tablets. This approach didn’t work. Drinking Powerade or Gatorade helped but I didn’t need the carbs. And alternative sweetners of any kind wreck my gut. I missed a plane once because I couldn’t walk or drive. It was a real problem. I kept thinking there must be some sort of unflavored something that could be mixed in water…just the good stuff! Searched on Amazon and lo and behold! This is the first of any product like this I’ve ever tried but so far so good. It does have a slight salty flavor but that’s ok. I find myself putting some in every time I fill up my water bottle so I don’t use as much each time. I seem to have more energy and have been going strong on the low-carb diet for three weeks now…with almost no cramping! I feel like I can start some easy workouts too. I can’t vouch for this product over another similar one yet, because I haven’t tried any other brands, but my experiences with this product have been great so far!!
