This product did not agree with me. I have used Creatine in the past without issue. I wanted to like this product. I did not notice any issues immediately after taking the creatine, but would notice with consistency that if I took this supplement my sleep would suffer as a result. The day after taking this was just a terrible not well-rested experience.
I ended up throwing out the bottle because of how strong this side effect was for me. I would stick with Creatine Monohydrate primarily in the future for my personal needs. Perhaps the other types of creatine have some value, but my personal experience does not make using this product worth it for me.
Positive Side: I think this product is high-quality and the company takes great care to make a great product. I don’t think there is any issue with it at all if you don’t have a bad reaction. Just be aware that you might have a bad reaction.

Awesome alternative instead of taking a liquid supplement, also can testify that from the few orders I have received only 1 bottle came with 1 broken capsule! People buying any type of pill form medicine online and shipped to your house need to understand that these things get thrown around. So expect some damaged product here and there! I’ve had broken capsules even buying supplements from Wal-Mart! Great product to help assist building lean muscle mass! Remember to increase your water intake while taking these pills as they will dehydrate you and not give you as great of results if you do not increase your water intake! I’ve been taking these pills for 2 months now and I have to say my yields for working out only a few times a week are great! Recommend this product to anyone trying to get that extra edge while working out! I’ve seen longer workouts without being burnt out as easily, and my muscle mass has increased tremendously. Remember, you need to work out for these things to really give results! 💪💪

I take my weight measurement each day in the morning. The day after I took 3 of these pills (5 grams), my weight increased far more than any normal variation in weight. It’s confirmation that the creatine is being absorbed, because it’s exactly what I expect to see. I went off of it, and my weight came down to baseline. Then I took another dose, and it went right back up. There’s no doubt it’s creatine, and it’s being absorbed well.
The only thing negative about this is that the pills are large, and some are going to gag on them. Everyone else is saying the same thing. They’re chalky, too, so they don’t slide well down the throat.
But I’d rather swallow 3 large pills than 5 or 6 smaller ones like in other products, me personally.

I opened a new bottle of this a couple of months after I purchased this in August 2021, and saw numerous small yellow spots on the tablets. Not sure whether safe to consume? Think I will bin it, not worth the risks!

Some days I a have the chops to swallow these monsters. But if they sit in your mouth for more that 1 or 2 seconds, they start to desolve and have terrified me multi times when they thusly hang in my throat temporarily before the bodies natural gag reflexes violently reverse them back up into my mouth. Gonna go back to BulK Supplements creatine powder and use it in a shake.
