So the idea of collagen is a win. The problem for me with this supplement multiplied several times over and let me explain. First, the amount of collagen is too little as scientific research has shown that you need Type 1 and 3 in amounts of 2.5 grams or more for at least 3 months which this supply is only 1 gram or 1000mg but of 1,2,3,4 and 5 so less amounts of each. S Also, the seller lists that it is 3,000mg capsules which it is not. Second, Types 1 and 3 are supposed to be taken separately from Types 2 which is for joints so they don’t compete with each other. It should also be noted that the collagen needs to be hydrolyzed for better absorption and in higher amounts if it is. This contains bovine, fish, chicken, eggshell and bird sternum…some of which isn’t hydrolyzed such as the bovine isn’t hydrolyzed which is probably type 1 and 3 so you are not actually getting the full benefits of absorption here. I still take this as it is something but in conjunction with another product i use that is type 1 and 3 hydrolyzed at 10 grams with hyaluronic acid which also helps support skin. The good is that it is 3rd party tested but they should list the amounts in mg of each type of collagen that you are getting.

I ordered this product, as I have recently started incorporating collagen into my diet because it has phenomenal benefits. Not only does collagen help grow thicker and stronger hair, skin and nails, but it also helps with joint relief and sore muscles. All in all, I don’t know why I did not start incorporating collagen sooner!
For this product in particular, each bottle contains 180 capsules. Each serving size is 2 capsules, which means this is a full 90 day supply. With this, the collagen dosage per serving is 1,000 mg.
In addition to this, this product contains all collagen types; I, II, III, V, X. This product is also made in the United States and is non- GMO.
Overall, this is a good collagen supplement at a reasonable price. The only thing worth noting is that I have done research on the benefits of collagen, and it seems like the best daily dosage is closer to 2500 mg. Each serving size here it is only 1,000 mg (500 per capsule), so this is just something to keep in mind when evaluating your purchase.

I’ve been taking this supplement for 2 weeks now. I think this collagen supplement has visibly made my nails less brittle, my skin significantly firmer and more moisturized even under this wintertime heating, and I have less hair fallout. I find this product to be more effective on me than biotin supplements that only made my nails grow faster. This is also a huge bottle; since there’s no actual guideline on the daily value for collagen (the recommended dosage is 2 capsules aka 1000mg per day on the bottle), this could be a 90-180 days supplement based on personal preference. The capsule size is typical vegan capsules commonly used for many supplements these days. The supplement has a gelatin scent (cow bone marrow), but it’s not repulsive. This product contains egg and fish. Overall, I recommend this product if biotin doesn’t seem to work for you.

Two capsules is the serving size of this collagen complex. It is great for my hair, skin and nails. My hair is growing so fast now! My skin has never been clearer. Very happy with this.

I have been wanting to get more collagen in my diet, but the powdered stuff kinda grosses me out and makes drinks thicken up a bit. I like that I can get 1000mg in just 2 capsules a day. They look to be size 0, or maybe even 1, capsules, which is typical in most of my supplements. Size 5 is actually the smallest, and 000 is the largest. There is a slight smell to these that I can only liken to walking into a room where someone passed gas a couple of minutes ago. It’s not overpowering, but not exactly what I expected. There is no taste to them and I have not burped anything up like you sometimes do with other supplements (fish oil, I’m talking about you!) Price point is good for a 90 day supply.

This supplement has five types of collagen and is great for skin, hair nails. The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules which means that this bottle will last you 90 days when taking by one adult as directed. There’s no taste (or aftertaste) or unpleasant side effects that I noticed.
At the time of this review it’s very reasonably priced which makes it very budget-friendly.
