The ingredients seem to be on a par with other collagen supplements, though I’m not sure I need saw palmetto. What I don’t like is having to take three pills a day.

This one is made in the USA but that’s as far as the information on the bottle goes. Facility certifications are absent along with anyblab testing. Ingredient list is excellent however. I’ve been taking Collagen for a while and although I couldn’t attest to their effectiveness they are part of my daily routine. For a two month supply it’s a great value.

A three pill serving size is the only downside for these. They arent small pills either but that’s what it takes to meet the daily recommended dosage. I havent had any adverse reactions, bad flavors or anything negative to report. I have not been taking them consistently (as recommended by others) so I might have dropped the ball. No sure the point of including Saw Palmetto but I actually need it for something else so no complaints from. Made in the US from globally sourced ingredients. At least you know the dosages are right and the factory is clean.

I take as suggested 3 easy to swallow capsules each day with a glass of water. With this 2 bottle pack totaling 180 capsules, you’ll have a 60 day supply. It is made here in the USA, it’s free of gluten, soy, and dairy, and made with Non-GMO vegan capsules, although it’s good to know it contains fish (snapper) and eggs. I feel that if you’re like me, looking for a convenient way to support healthy hair, skin and nails, with a supplement that is easy and convenient to take in capsule form, then this is a good formulation choice to consider.

This product has a great presentation and it shows quality. You can easily find in the description the details of what it contains. Also, recommendations for how many pills need to be taken daily. This product is easy to use and to take. In my case didn’t have any side effects. I usually take collagen for my skin and hair. Very good result for me.

I’ve been taking collagen peptides supplements for years for the noticeable improvements to my skin, hair and nails. I’ve even gotten compliments, which surprised me. I like mixing collagen powder into my usual workout drinks, but there are times when I can’t, so taking a capsule supplement is the way to go.
It’s important to take it daily and 1000mg is about the minimum. The results won’t be forthcoming immediately, sorry. You’ll need to take collagen for a month or two for it to really kick-in. Then you’ll start to see your face fuller, with less wrinkles. Dare I say, you’ll become more radiant, with a healthy glow. Wow! That’s so nice.
As a regular lap swimmer, chlorine damaged my hair. Now it is longer, fuller and stronger. So happy with that too.
Nails are harder for me to gauge. I’d say, yes they are stronger, but I can’t tell how much.
Bovine, marine, chicken, eggshell collagen. Each collagen type provides a different benefit to your body as well as hair, face and nails. Nice!
Also includes Saw Palmetto, Hyaluronic acid, Vitamin E, Folate and Biotin with Black Pepper to aid in bioavailability. So, it’s really comprehensive and so much more than just a collagen supplement.
Bottom Line:
I’ll continue using this safe and easy to take supplement as it really is a good value for what you get. You get a lot for your money.
