I started taking this product over a year ago. I’m in my 50s and starting to feel more aches and pains in the joints. Read about different collagen products and this one seemed the best quality for the money. Started taking 3 a day as suggested and in about 3 months I noticed my hair started feeling thicker, smoother, silkier than ever before. I hadn’t even anticipated this result, though I know collagen can be helpful to hair and nails. My brother studied Ayerveda and said that the hair is the waste product of the bones, so the health of the hair is an external view of the health of the bones. Well not all that many supplements you take that you get such noticeable benefits but in my case I did. As for aches and pains, harder to judge, I’m always pushing myself to the gym or for long walks so the aches/injuries persist. Interesting these capsules are large (but not as large as my BoneUp capsules) but very slippery compared to any other supplement or vitamin I take, and so they are easier to swallow than most. I will definitely continue to take these and if times get tougher and I have to start reducing some of the supplements I take, these would be about the last ones I would cut out. I don’t post too many reviews so I feel strongly about the quality of these.

An amazing product! I started with Collagen powder which was inconvenient for me having to mix it with something. Then I found it in pill form at my local GNC. It was kinda pricey for the number servings, not to mention it was only type(s) I, II, and III. So I stopped doing that after finding this product which had all 5 types, in pill form, and was so much more cheaper for the number of serving. So after taking this product I couldn’t help but notice how much better or a difference it made. My skin looks and feels amazing! Even my wife and kids noticed! My hair and nails look really healthy and strong. And my beard looks amazing too! Real full and shiny. It also promotes accelerating growth with my nails, hair, and beard. Everyone notices! I get compliments at least 2 times week. I love it! But aside from all that, there’s one thing I’m really fond of and that’s how good my joints feel. I’m almost 50 years old and still a gym junkie. I still lift just to maintain my muscle or physique and weight. However, my joints ache. But after 3 weeks of taking this multi Collagen, the aches and pains have gone away. I feel so much better! So much stronger! This stuff works…I love it!

UPDATE: I finally snapped some photos in between polishes to show what I’m talking about. These are my bare natural nails, just removed the polish and rubbed some vitamin e oil on them. They would be longer than this if I didn’t trim/file them weekly.
I have been taking these collagen capsules for about 6-7 weeks now, I’m almost finished with my first bottle. (Taken as directed each bottle is a 60-day supply).
So here is what I’ve noticed. I added these capsules to my nightly multivitamin routine and then kind of forgot about it, until a couple weeks ago when I started to notice some changes and was trying to think what I’ve been doing differently. Then I remembered: the supplements!
I had gotten these in the hopes that my hair would grow in thicker, but I haven’t really noticed that. Here’s what I *have* noticed. My eyebrows and eyelashes are growing in better, it’s not a shocking difference but definitely noticeable. My eyebrows have been growing in a bit more thickly, so it’s easier to shape them and they look better. My eyelashes are longer and are growing in more evenly, I can definitely tell the difference when I apply my mascara in the mornings. Like I said, it’s not a shocking difference, but noticeable.
As for my skin, it definitely feels smoother and plumper, although I use a variety of other products on my face so I can’t guarantee it’s from the supplements.
Here’s where I really saw a difference: my nails. My fingernails haven’t been this strong and healthy in years, I haven’t broken a single nail in almost a month despite frequent polish changes and typing all day at my job striking my nails against the keyboard. I would say this is for sure the biggest change overall so far. I love it. There’s nothing I hate more than breaking 1 nail and having to cut all the rest short to match just when they’ve grown out to a nice length. So I love this.
Overall I give this product 5 stars because it has actually made a noticeable difference in a few different areas, more so than any other collagen capsule I’ve tried. The great lakes collagen powder also works really well, but measuring the powder every day and mixing it into water was a hassle and I kept forgetting it. Also these capsules are on the lower end of the pricing spectrum from the other I’ve compared them to, so I feel it’s a good value. Just be patient because it took a few weeks of taking them every night before I started seeing results.
I am going to continue repurchasing these supplements and hope that they eventually do for my head hair what they’ve done for my eyebrows and lashes 🤞
