At first I liked this product. It’s easy to swallow and doesn’t bother my stomach. And it contains lots of healthy stuff that’s supposed to be good for “skin, hair, nails, and joints”.
But there’s an expression that kids use today: The math doesn’t math. That’s the way that I’m feeling now. The front of the label says that it contains 18,000mg of hydrolized marine collagen. That’s 18 grams. This sounded very reasonable and more or less equivalent to the collagen that my husband is taking which has 20 grams of collagen per dose. So I was satisfied with the collagen dose. However, on the back of the bottle the info about the daily dose says that it has 200mg per capsule. So you would need to take 90 capsules (the full bottle) to get that 18,000mg dose. Taking the recommended 2 per day only gets you 400mg daily.
The numbers for the vitamin C and (all the other vitamins) were similar. The label on the front of the bottle says that the product contains 9000mg of vitamin C. That sounds a little high for a daily dose but not to worry. The back of the label says that it contains 100mg of vitamin C per capsule. It would take 90 capsules, or the entire bottle, to reach the 9000mg number. Well, 200mg (2 capsules per day) isn’t enough vitamin C to meet daily requirements and someone taking this would need to take an additional supplement to get enough.
The same is true for the other ingredients. While this product contains a lot of good ingredients (based on what the label is telling us), there isn’t enough of any of them.
The Amazon product listing page adds even more confusion. It claims that the product contains Vitamin B3, Vitamin B9, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B7. There is nothing on the product label showing any of these things.

I like the combination of ingredients and the dosage is more than most collagen apsules. The only thing is that I wish they were consistent with the measurements on the label. This can confuse people who do not know how to convert mcg to mg. All and all, it is a good. I have not had any advese effects and the capsules are easy to swallow.

This is a good supplement to add to your wellness regimen. It is easy to swallow with no funny taste, burping, or regurgitation. I love the anti-aging ingredients that help my body, skin, hair, and nails grow and glow. It is easy to take these daily. The combination of all these vitamins makes the vitamin work better and addresses multiple issues that can be fixed. With the amount of mg and mcg in these vitamins, they are an excellent value for the money. I will order more again.

These collagen pills are really capsules, and they are on the larger side. They are tasteless and still easy to take with some water. I can’t tell if they are working as advertised, because I have only started taking them about two weeks ago and so far cannot tell a difference.

Good grief. I’m the 6th to review, and no one else caught this??
The description says “Collagen Pill – 18000mg Biotin 9000mcg Keratin… 4500mg Hydrolic Acid” – – Where’s the Collagen??
Then I read the bottle – not the front label, but what’s actually inside each pill is only 200mg of Collagen. If you take the recommended dose of 2 pill, that’s 400mg or 0.4 grams of Collagen. Recommended daily is 2.5 to 15 grams, so Waaaaaaayyyy short of recommended values.
So what is the 18000mg of Collagen listed right there on the front left bottom of the bottle’s table? That’s how much is in 90 pills – or the entire bottle. SO MISLEADING!!! And at $36 per bottle!!
There is no mention of Biotin, Keratin, or Hydrolic acid anywhere other than the advertised label on Amazon. No Vitamin E, Pumpkin Seed, or Folic mentioned anywhere on the bottle either. Seriously Amazon???
It is listed as a supplement for “Vitamin B3, Vitamin B9, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B7” and has an “apple” flavor. There is no flavor, and there is no mention of any vitamin B complex on this bottle at all.
So what is listed on Amazon is different than what’s on the bottle, and what is on the bottle is different on each side of the label (the math doesn’t add up). Yikes…
What pill did I just take???
So I’m on Vine and sample items to write reviews. I’m not thrilled that I just swallowed pills from China with God-know-what inside of them. That’s my mistake. Hope this review prevents you from making the same one.

These collagen pills are easy to take. They are on the bigger side but not too big. There are 90 pills which will last you 45 days taking two every day. There is no flavor or aftertaste to them. I like that they also have vitamin C in them. I have been taking them for half a month now but haven’t noticed a difference in my hair, skin or nails. Not sure how long you have to take them before you will begin to see a positive change. I’ll keep taking them until the bottle is empty before I make a decision as to whether I’ll purchase again or not.
