I’ve taken phosphatidyl serine alone for years but this combo with Rhodiola makes me feel good as well as sharpens my memory! If your brain is a little foggy, this combo will surely help plus Rhodiola helps enlighten your mood!

This stuff seems to give me energy, so I only take it early. I don’t know if it’s great to take too many brain boosters, but what the heck. I’m kind of a guinea pig. I think this gave me a boost, but I take it early so I can fully relax in the evening.

I really like the effects this product has! The pills are easy to swallow and I like having multiple options to try out to help my neurodivergent brain work more effectively.

I took a couple stars off because there is a danger if pregnant women take vinpocetine of harm to the baby. The company REALLY needs to be upfront about this, because while it shouldn’t be a problem for most of us, nothing about “stress relief and memory improvement” screams “possibly harmful to your unborn child” — and a stressed-out pregnant lady might be like “that’s just what I need” and not look into the ingredients thoroughly enough.
As for my own experience, I have only been taking one, not two or three, since I’m a small person and leery of the ingredients I haven’t taken before; I think that “most potent on the market” could be a good thing or a bad thing, esp. when it comes to nootropics. I’ve been taking it for a week or two, and in the interim stopped taking my previous brand of just rhodiola (which is a 5% rosavin, 2% salidroside with bioperine for absorption).
I don’t want to judge too early, but I think my previous regimen was working better for me. I haven’t noticed any special improvements in brain function (maybe the opposite, in fact), and I’ve been experiencing some weird muscle wasting/weakness and lower sleep quality, which can be caused by stress or possibly a negative side effect? Regardless, I think my regular brand was better at relieving stress (higher rhodiola dose for lower cost and fewer pills — 1 per day).
I plan to switch back to see if my symptoms improve, i.e. were caused by these pills, or just a random effect of higher stress levels lately. If I notice a swift improvement, I’ll update my review to reflect that it was definitely these pills causing the problem. This is probably a decent supplement for some people, but I’m thinking I might not be one of them.

Reviewing supplements is a bit challenging, as some take time to take effect and life has so many changing factors that it is hard to say if a supplement is making a difference.
That being said, I’ve been taking this for over a month and may have felt a slight improvement in mood, though my memory (as far as I can remember 😉 has not improved much.
As another reviewer pointed out, the directions on the bottle are confusing, as the suggested use says to take one twice a daily and an extra one if needed. However, the serving size says three capsules so I’m not sure if two or three is the recommended dosage.
I do like that this has been third party tested in a cGMP facility. (I had look that up: cGMP = Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations enforced by the FDA.)
