This product was so tightly wrapped, the bottle was crushed. But I could not see it. On opening the grey plastic wrapper, Methylene Blue Dye sprayed everywhere. And yes, it is a dye. Just ask my counter and floor.

I’ve heard good things about Methylene Blue and have been wanting to give it a try. It’s USP grade, which makes me feel comfortable using this product. I have only been dipping my toes in so far, but I do like it. Will come back and update after more use and there is more to share about the outcome(s) of using it. All in all if you want to try Methylene Blue this is your best bet, the price is truly a steal!

The 1st fully synthetic drug ever made. Methylene blue is an over-the-counter supplement with purported antioxidant, antiviral, and oxygen-boosting properties.
1 DROP contains .5 mg of MB. The bottle does not recommend a daily amount to use. That would be an individual choice. This one is a good choice as it’s USP grade. USP grade is a chemical grade of sufficient purity to meet or exceed requirements of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP); acceptable for food, drug, or medicinal use; may be used for most laboratory purposes.
Do not take with an SSRI as it can cause too much serotonin to be produced, and double check to see if it contraindicates with any medications you may be taking.

The world being what it is, I am a supplement kind of gal, and my latest find is the PureGood Methylene Blue.
The Amazon ad touts that Methylene Blue: “Methylene Blue for humans is a powerful antioxidant that may offer a range of health benefits. It may support an increase in blood flow and oxygen to the brain, improve memory, and even contribute to increased energy levels.”
If you are not familiar with this supplement and its purported benefits, I highly recommend take some time and really researching this subject. As with any supplement, if you take any medications, please consult with your physician, as this supplement can cause interactions with certain medications.
The product arrives in a brown glass bottle, to help protect the product from light degradation and to keep anything from leaching into the product. The top is shrink wrapped for protection the liquid inside is blue in color, which can stain everything, including your teeth. Adding the product to water, and drinking with a straw, can help you avoid this. It can also help with the taste, which is not the best.

Overall, I selected this specifically to treat a certain seasonal issue, that I cannot list here, and was not familiar with the various health benefits. I personally have found it to be beneficial for my purposes and have not had any side effects or issues after taking. Furthermore, it is made in the USA and has many of the markers for a quality product. That said, this it is not your average supplement, and I recommend you do your research before taking. Five stars.

This product was hyped on social media as a miracle cure for a number of ailments and as a super supplement. The product is a commercial dye and the product contains no dosage information or anything that would indicate its safe consumption. Caveat emptor.
