The main reason I decided to try this eye serum was “no fragrance.” It has none!!!!! So, that’s a good point. It has a smooth feel, sort of between a gel and a lotion. Not too thin or runny. That’s a good point, also. Now the rest is not so good. I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin. I am allergic to fragrances so I always check the ingredients first. Like I said, this had none. But for some reason it burned my skin. It took a couple of days for it to return back to normal. I had red itchy skin around my eyes all that time! I did not try this for another week. Wanted to give my skin a break before trying again. I also wanted to be fair in my review. So, I wanted to be sure I wasn’t reacting to something else in my environment. Nope! It was this. Sensitive skin beware! I also hated the applicator. I could not actually use it to apply. I used my fingers. It’s hard to get anything out of it. Period! Since I can’t use this enough to see any results, I cannot recommend it.

I have been using this product at night for a few weeks now and I really like it. The product itself is a clear gel-like serum which feels sticky at first, but then absorbs into the skin. I use it at night so that I don’t have to worry about waiting for it to absorb before applying makeup. In the morning the skin under my eyes feels very smooth and moistureized. I’m not a huge fan of the applicator. I use it to dab the product on and then spread it with my fingers.
I’ve never heard of this brand before trying this product. I have no idea if apple stem cells are even a real thing. If you’re looking for miracles, probably best to get something stronger, but otherwise this is a really nice under eye serum.

I review and test a lot of eye serums and lotions, and this is one of the worst I’ve been given. I honestly don’t like anything about it. Here’s my list of complaints:
1. It burns! I do not have sensitive skin and can’t remember the last time a beauty product has burned, but this one does. Ouch.
2. The pump application system does not allow for very careful control of how much product. 2 pumps was not enough for both eyes, but with 3 I ended up with way too much product.
3. It’s greasy and doesn’t dry easily. After applying eye serum, I typically move on to apply foundation and other makeup. Ten minutes later, this was still moist and greasy all over my eyes.
4. I see no results of firming or lifting. It does feel a little greasy, but as far as the claimed results I see nothing. If anything, I think I see some patchy redness from my skin reacting to this. Remember, I do not normally have any issues normally associated with sensitive skin; so this stuff must be quite harsh.
I do find the applicator mildly interesting, since it does not involve using my fingers to spread the product, but I just found myself wishing that the container (and applicator) held a better product inside.

I guess I’ve been on a quest for more youthful eyes ever since mine stopped being so youthful. I’ve tried really expensive creams and serums. In this case I am providing an unbiased Vine review. That said, I think all my reviews are unbiased in that they are my official opinion without being swayed by anything or anyone. Back to the Peter Lamas age-defying eye serum: I have used this product for a few weeks now and I found that it worked just as well as the real expensive products I’ve tried in the past. However, that said, none of them really bring back youthful eyes. I did notice a very temporary plumping out of some of the fine lines around the eyes from the hydration. But I didn’t notice any reduction in the under-eye puffiness. And, as with all these types of products that I’ve tried on my eyes, the effects seem to be only for a short time. That is, if I put it on before going out, I think I looked better than if I didn’t use it before putting on my make-up. But using it for 3 weeks didn’t provide any better results than the first day I used it. So I’m still looking for that fountain of youth…
