I wanted to wait a bit before reviewing this, considering it’s a product that requires time to see any changes or advantages.
I’m not the world’s biggest “supplement/vitamin endorser”, given my medical knowledge as well as experience.
Most vitamins and/or supplements don’t do much based on a variety of factors, some of the biggest being the form it’s taken in (powder, pill, liquid, etc.), how it’s taken (oral, intramuscular injection, intravenously, sublingually, dermal ((creams, patch)), inhalation, etc.), the solubility of the ingredients, the bioavailability of the vitamins, minerals, chemicals, etc., the bodies ability to properly absorb and process, the quality/quantity of the ingredients, and a host of other factors.
All of that said, I decided just to give this a try.
They are in spansule capsule form, and aren’t large “horse-pill” in size, which is nice, especially for those who have a hard time swallowing larger pills.
The recommend dosage is 2 in the morning right before eating, then 1 in the afternoon, before eating. So max, 3-a-day. However, taking two a day is fine, especially considering the price.
There are 60 pills in the bottle. So if you choose to take the full 3 each day, one bottle is 20 days worth, and if you choose to start with just taking 2 each day, that’s obviously a 30 day supply.
Enough to start noticing any potential positive affects (or any negative affects, should there be any. But the ingredients being B-12 and B6, both naturally occurring and necessary for the human body, this is a safe supplement to take for most anyone.
I’m interested in increased energy and alertness, and not so much for the potential “weight control” aspect, which is fine because I’ve not noticed any change in weight thus far.
As far as energy goes…I’d say that after 2 weeks taking these (3 a day), I have noticed some increased energy and alertness. Which is driven by the B-12 and B6
I’ve had no negative issues/effects with this product, nor does it cause any jitters or stimulate effects (which is why I chose this product over ones that are more stimulant-based. Also important to note; I’ve not experienced any bad “aftertaste”, bad taste in my mouth, or burping any bad taste or smell, which can happen with some supplements. But not this one…also a positive!
Everything else in my life and diet have remained the same, no need to make changes like stopping or cutting back on caffeine or other dietary changes while taking this supplement, which is also a big plus.
At this time, I’d say all-in-all, I’m pleased with this product, and as long as I continue to see some benefit from it, I’d continue to purchase this product, and I’d recommend it to others (which I’ve already done with family and friends).
I feel comfortable recommending this.
Everybody is different, what works for some, may not for others. For me, I’ve already noticed some measurable changes in my energy and concentration, and a bery slight difference in appetite (I’m a woman that is 5’6 and 140 lbs, while I’m not actively looking to lose weight (I just don’t care about my weight anymore), it’s not like I couldn’t stand to lose 5-10lbs. So if it does end up helping with that in long-run, I certainly wouldn’t complain).

Hey everyone! It’s your favorite Amazon reviewer, Sean ‘The Tester’ Chao, back again with a new product! Today we’re looking at PERFORMIX’s Thermogenics. This product was tested by an adult male of stocky build and weighing 235 pounds.
– Build: This product is made with premium ingredients. It contains ingredients proven to address various areas of interest, such as green tea for metabolism, garcinia cambogia for appetite management, and cayenne for themogenic activation. During our inspection, we did not identify any ingredients that were a cause for concern.
– Price: At the time of writing, this product is priced comparatively to similar products on the market. The thermogenics market is highly saturated, and we observed comparable products generally at both lower and higher price points. However, this product differentiates itself by covering many areas of importance, from weight management to appetite suppression to mood control and more. If one were to buy products that focused on only one or two of these areas, the cost would effectively be much higher per dose. We therefore consider this a good deal.
– Function: We tested this product from full to empty. During this period, we noted that we did not feel any ‘jitters’ that competitor stimulants bring. We also did not feel any impairment to physical health or physical ability. Conversely, we noted improvements to emotional health, and to a much lesser degree, appetite suppression. During our test period, both weight and fat percentage stayed stagnant.
Bottom line: We like this product. It did bring some positive impact during its use period, most notably elevations to mood. We also did not encounter any adverse consequences to using this product. However, we also did not see significant change to weight for the entire period. Given the moderate price, we think that this is worthwhile to try once to see if it works for you.

I have been taking a thermogenic that also suppresses appetite each morning before I workout, but it has a large amount of caffeine in it. I had been trying to find a similar product without caffeine so that I could go back to my pre workout and then take the thermogenic later in the day and was excited to find this one.
The capsules are on the larger side and have an interesting look to them, but they do seem to help and don’t give me the jitters like some other products have.
While the product “value” is questionable with the higher price tag, I did like this product and will likely reorder.

I am staying at India, I used to take this supplement in a periodic time. The product gives you the unlimited energies. Just focus on your daily routine and drink plenty water.
