My brother decided to start taking creatine so I ordered several creatine supplements for him, including this one. This one particular is his second favorite out of several. The number one tops this one simply because it is flavored and creates a pump. This one however, is unflavored and does not create a pump. The other one is significantly more expensive so it’s a once in a while things, vs this one which is his everyday one, so in my mind, this one trumps that one.
This creatine powder is great. In order to get creatine to mix the best, it needs to be mixed in room temp or slightly warm water, so if you’re having issues with it mixing, that might be the issue. My brother had no issues getting it to mix. Also, ever since he started taking creatine he has been able to gain muscle. Since he’s been trying out several creatine products I can’t really say which particular one created the best gains, but they all contain creatine monohydrate so I like to believe they all contributed to his gains, this one included.
You get 80 servings for under $15 which is similar to what I’ve seen other creatine supplements go for. It’s a good value, good product, and it works as intended.

I used this before my workouts for the past 3.5 weeks but found no noticeable change in performance or recovery. I think it is a good value but, for me, it did nothing. I even doubled the dose but did not feel any difference.

I got this supplement for my son to use before he works out. He’s working on bulking up and needed something to help get him going. I did research and found that creatine monohydrate was the safest and most effective for a teenage boy to use. I chose this brand because it’s essential that I only give my son a product that is truly clean. He’s been using this for around 2 weeks and said that he’s noticed a difference in his workouts. He feels like he’s able to lift more weight and he’s seeing improvement in the amount that he can lift. He can also see a difference in the definition of his muscles. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is that, when mixed with water, it doesn’t dissolve very well at all. The texture is gritty, like sand granules. It’s not bad as long as you chug it quickly. If you mix it with almond milk, it mixes great with no grittiness. My son’s definitely sold on this product and we’ll definitely keep buying it.
