Update: YOU CANNOT RETURN! I received a brand new package today that I definitely won’t be taking and it won’t let me return, even though Amazon states that anything bought with prime adheres to their return policy – it won’t let me! These are so disgusting my pigs wouldn’t eat them!
I read the reviews that mentioned the smell and thought it couldn’t be that bad.. well it is. I hold my breath & still gag while trying to take these. And then you get to burp it up. I chose this brand because it had everything needed in one convenient package, that is easy to throw in your purse & not have to carry around a pill box. The methylated folate was important, as was the DHA, EPA, choline, zinc and copper. Overall it is a good compilation of many nutrients needed. However, I would’ve liked to have seen higher levels of the choline, vitamin E, D and B6. As a mom that had had many losses I researched prenatals extensively. My top 3 were this brand, Ovaterra and Ritual. Due to the smell I will not be purchasing these again and I will try Ritual next.

A lot of people are commenting on smell – they’re not that offensive, most vitamins and supplements have an odor and if you take with a full glass of water and food like they say to do, then you won’t have an issue. These packets are super convenient and high quality. I used the Conception pack along with a harmony hormone balancer and conceived in 4 cycles. Now upgraded to 1st trimester and will be continuing throughout! This is my first baby so can’t speak on results but this brand was recommended to me from multiple mom friends.

Considering this was made for first trimester where nausea is worse, it smells so bad I was vomiting every time when I open the sachet.
Also, it’s hard to digest and comes out whole when I puke, I felt like it’s a waste of money.

I wanted to love these especially after hearing the founder talk on a podcast but these make me want to vomit every time I bring them even close to my mouth. Holding breath doesn’t work the stench is so strong. The fact that they are in the plastic makes them all smell equally horrible. I wish I could return.

Sure they smell funny. When they go down, there’s a small taste that lasts 2 seconds. They don’t make you feel worse. They aren’t difficult to swallow. But what they do offer is value and quality. I don’t have to worry that the vitamins I’m taking aren’t cutting it. These have everything you need. So, healthy baby outweighs the smell and taste that goes away in seconds. But maybe that’s just me!

I’ve done my research and discovered Perelel. While it does have a bit of a smell, I’d be more concerned if my Omega/DHA supplements didn’t have one! What really matters to me is the purity and trustworthiness of the product. Plus, convenience is a big deal—Perelel’s packaging makes it super easy to take the pills. My husband jokes that I have no excuse for missing taking my vitamins lol

The most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth. The aesthetic and convenience are not worth the taste that will sit in your mouth for the rest of the day. I really wish I was being dramatic… but this was the worst taste I have ever tasted in my entire life.

This gave me everything I needed to combat first trimester misery. I looked great and felt great and will continue with perelel throughout the remainder of my pregnancy because of the awesome experience I have had with all perelel products- contraceptive pack, first trimester, second trimester vitamins, hydration mix in (probably my favorite). Looking forward to trying the greens powder also!!
