Product as pictured and described in listing. Tube seems sturdy to keep tablets from crushing. I bought it to add to a vehicle emergency kit (a little first aid, but mostly winter emergency kit). It seems like a handy thing in case of nausea when stranded/accident or just to have available in the car if my purse supply runs out. Ideal size, and I like that it comes in a container (I will probably just refill it from the bigger container I keep at home after expiration.)

My review is for Pepto-To-Go, in the little take along tubes. The product itself would get five stars, but the packaging is difficult to open. Those with arthritis or grip problems may need help. Not sure why they couldn’t make it an easier twist off, by adding some gripper tabs to the cap or some other improvement. But the product inside is fine. I needed a non-calcium replacement for my previous antacid, which was causing me to get leg cramps. This does the job.

I was pleased to find that the manufacturer found a way to put these terrific tablets in such an easy to carry container. In the past, I would take some the Pepto-Bismal tablets and put them in my purse where, quite frequently, they broke into pieces. With this new packaging, there is zero breakage and they are ready to chew when I need them. I like the idea of chewing the tablets rather than taking them with water, because in many foreign places, it was the water which caused the stomach upset.

I love the size of this thing. I was going to a different country and figured I might as well have this handy due to the sanitation of the food might cause some uneasiness. It can fit in the smallest bags and even in your pocket. The taste isn’t that great but it lasts like 2 seconds and you wash it down with water so it doesn’t bother me. I would definitely recommend.
