Out of all the Penetrex products. This one is the most superior, effective and fast acting for me and my husband. Almost comparable to using a heating pad on painful joints/muscles for hours. Absolute GREAT after a workout!! Will become a regular subscriber.

I have looked for a long time to find something that worked for my Fiance because what he was using for his hip and leg relief after playing basketball smelled so horribly it made me sick to my stomach. He says this works great after he starts to play he feels the heat and it relieves the pain and keeps working for hours after playing until he takes his shower. I highly recommend this (he is very picky, lol), especially if many of the other products on the market bother you re: smell.

This is supposed to have a warming effect. It does not. It has no analgesic, theraputic or warming action at all. It does not seem to have any active ingredients at all. Save your money. This stuff is worthless.

I really love this product. It has two great pain relieving ingredients in it . There is nothing better than Capsaicin an Arncia at relieving pain. I will definitely be buying this product again.. it deserves more than 5 stars.

I have been using Penetrex for years with great success for my arthritic knees. I thought I would try this formulation to see how it compared. I felt no warming and an overall effect that was similar to the original but seemed slightly less effective. Currently I am applying both creams, one after the other, and that seems to work well. However I will probably not continue to purchase the new one, although the tube would be convenient for travel. I like the original Penetrex.
