I like to believe it will work to protect me. Has been using 2-3 scoops per day /most days for almost a year. No side effects. Can’t tell if ‘it works’. Time will tell. Solubility is an issue for all mcp I guess. After experimenting for a while with different methods to dissolve it, found best way is to mix it with warm water and leave it alone for about 5-10 minutes, then stir again. Seems to dissolve easier. Forget cold water, lumps etc. would recommend lime flavor, much tastier than ‘plain’ which is gross. Makes me gag. Read somewhere all mcp can cause diarrhea but I had no GI issues at all. Price is high but big box lasts 2 months.

My Naturopathic oncologist used to sell this brand at their office. Now they sell Clinical Synergy, but clinical synergy is more expensive. So, I decided to try this as it was cheaper and had all the same ingredients and ratios. It actually mixes a bit better(I mix it in warm water) and it tastes just as good. Despite trying several different supplements and looking for the magic that will make everything perfect, I’m usually left with a big question mark in the “Does it work?” column but based on timing etc. I’m pretty sure this is making a difference in my metabolic health (based on recent lab tests). And honestly, if it isn’t actually the reason for the improvement, I’m confident enough to keep on using it just in case.

Just like another reviewer said, it turned into a gloppy clump when I poured the powder in a small glass of water and tried to stir it in. BUT another reviewer said the trick was to stir it in (or shake if in a jar) for a bit then just let it sit for 20 minutes, then it will stir right in. I left it probably an hour because I forgot it was there. When I stirred it, it all dissolved easily in the water. And it tastes pretty good as well. So many thanks to whomever that man was with that advice 😀

My functional medicine doctor prescribed Pectasol to help with the elimination of a mold toxicity. The stuff tastes horrible and doesn’t dissolve easily. I even use a mini electric wisk to get it to mix but it still won’t. I’ll finish the protocol but won’t continue using after even though I think it could be beneficial. It’s also difficult because of the timing with food and supplements. It’s weird in my world because I also have to do a clay and charcoal supplement with the same restrictions so juggling the 2 hour time frames leaves me with small time frames for eating. I’m a special education teacher so my schedule is crazy and I can’t always eat in the right time frame so I often have to skip meals to accomplish this.
