I love glycerin soaps — they’re smooth and less drying to the skin — and this one is my favorite in the summertime. It’s mildly cooling, but not overly so. Using it in a cool or lukewarm shower after doing yard work or other outdoor activities on a hot day is a delightful experience. The scent is not just straight-up mint; it has a bit of a fresh note from the eucalyptus oil and other scent components, similar to a deodorant bar.

I never knew Pears soaps came in different colors. Discovered at a friends house and ordered the blue ones immediately. No harsh chemicals, fresh scent and the color works great in my bathroom.

This Pears brand is one of the oldest brands existing yet it is the best. The mint bars are invigorating and the glycerin leaves my skin clean smooth and soft. Glad Amazon has cases of it available.. it’s hard to find in stores

I purchased Pears to use as hand soap instead of liquid soap which is more expensive and the plastic is bad for the environment. Pears is sold as a soap that is safe for the face and body but with its highly perfumed smell I would not recommend it. The smell is strong enough you can smell it when walking into the bathroom. Again that is fine for hand soap and I don’t mind the smell but I know for my sensitive skin I would never use it for my face or body
