I use to get this item often but this last purchase seemed to have a different formulation – the taste is very strong and for me, I can’t tolerate it – unfortunately this item is not returnable so I guess I’m out the money – I don’t remember the old version having such a strong taste.

My bestie turned me on to this about 2007. The very second that prickly sneeze erupts (my first sign I’m catching a cold) I start spraying my throat (7 pumps) every 15 minutes.
Since then, I’ve maybe had 3 colds, and that’s my fault for not jumping on it immediately.
The hardest part for me is to remember to keep using it for 2 days after I feel the cold is gone.
The spray arm rotates so you can easily spray from any position, including laying down.
