It is a vegan, plant-based, gluten free, dairy free, soy free and non-gmo supplement. It needs to be taken with a full meal to work best and not upset my stomach. Over-all I feel like it is a good product and I will continue to use it.

I took it for 2 weeks and than I got red spots on my cheeks, my nose was sore. My face was like under fire. I stopped taking the pill and now ALL IS GOOD!!!! I would never buy these pills.

Did some research it was #1 for the year, some
other tumeric capsules I have taken I noticed when I burp I could taste it. But, not with this one, the tumeric helps with my back pain & even helps me digest. Would recommend.

I really, really like this product. I’ve been taking this for almost a month and feel it’s starting to work. But it’s way too expensive for this senior citizen!! I really hate to give it up but will have to try other brands.
