My entire family loves this eye mask. It’s cooling and refreshing. It really helps by reducing the puffiness under the eye or the dark eye bag. I warm my face with warm cloth before applying this eye mask. After using the eye mask for 15 minutes I clean my face with warm water again. It really shows great result after that. Excellent product!

The lid on my jar arrived a bit loose, so there was some stickiness on the outside of the bottle. Fortunately there is plenty of serum on these so it did not seem to affect their usage.
The container comes with a little spoon to help lift each mask out of the jar, they are quite slippery.
I really did not notice much of a change to my phone lines or puffiness after using them daily for two weeks. They do feel nice and cooling while they’re on. I made the mistake the first time using of rubbing in the remaining serum after I took them off. About 10 minutes later my face got super itchy until I went and washed it. I went back and reread the instructions and it says you’re supposed to rinse this product off, after 20 minutes. All of the other under eye masks I’ve ever tried tell you to massage in the remaining serum so it did not occur to me that this was supposed to be a rinse off product. I would think you are losing a good bit of the effects of the product by not leaving it on your skin but that’s how these are marketed. Maybe that’s why I did not notice any of the claims the product makes on the Amazon page.
Overall I’d say these were only a 2.5 but I rounded up to 3 stars because maybe they will work for someone else but they didn’t do much for me.

These had a nice cooling effect and I think they did work to brighten up my under eyes after a week of nightly use. They left my under eyes with a tingling feeling but I did not have any skin irritation. My biggest issues with these are the smell and the fact that they slid down my face. The smell is quite strong in my opinion, sort of a rose or potpourri smell. Unless I was sitting straight up with my face up, these kept sliding down my face. I wasn’t able to walk around or look down without risk of these falling off. Overall these missed the mark for me but they might work better for someone else.

As I’m aging I am looking for anything to prevent looking older than I am. Under eye care is important and these eye masks help keep my skin soft and bright under my eyes. They don’t have a strong smell or much of a smell at all. They are slippery so be sure to use the plastic scoop provided. They will rip if you are to rough with you hands so i found it easier to just smooth it out with the scoop and not use my fingers much. They are large and cover a good area around the eye. They look pretty with the “gold” specks in them. The jar holds a lot of them as they are thin. Using them a few times a week for a month, i can’t say i noticed a huge change in appearance but my eyes are soft and moisturized. That alone with help keep the aging lines away at least.

Over the past year or so I have developed dark circles under my eyes and have tried so many different items to try and remove them.
I started using under eye patches, but usually with very limited results.
I have tried brand-name items as well as some unknown brands, and when I came across this listing, I figured it was worth a try, especially for the low price point.
They arrive several days ago, and so far I am less than pleased with them.
They arrived with the lid Slightly open and the package was incredibly sticky and gross.
Once I washed the outside of the packaging, I put it in the refrigerator so I would have a nice cooling effect when I used to them.
My biggest complaint about these is the size and shape of them.
It is curved in a way that it does not cover the whole under eye area. If I move it up too high, then the pointed corner goes into my eyeball.
It basically covers very little of the area that I want treated so I actually cut them with a pair of scissors.
The only problem with that is that they are very thin and gelatinous so it really made a bit of a mess and were still hard to shape.
I am going to try to use them for a bit to see if by chance the results get any better, but so far I’m seeing nothing.
They do feel good when they are refrigerated, but I would probably get the same result from a spoon.
Therefore, I don’t really recommend these.
I gave them a few stars because it is a low price point and they do feel soothing when refrigerated, but I will continue to use the entire container of them and once finished with it, I will revisit this review and make any adjustment necessary to the rating.
