I ordered the trial pack with sleep, energy, and focus. The sleep patch is my favorite so far! I often struggle to fall asleep and the sleep patch is amazing for helping to fall asleep. I haven’t had dreams that I remember in the morning for probably years, I’m dreaming again! I did have one “nightmare” of two old gray-haired men pushing me around and yelling at me, lol! When I woke up I was surprised that I remembered I had dreamed. I was mad at myself for not throat punching them, or kneeing them in the ball$, hindsight I guess. I am taking a class and the focus patch did help me to get some writing done for that. Haven’t really noticed that the energy one is helping, but I don’t feel jittery.

I’ve been using The Patch Brand Energy Patches, and they have been fantastic for giving me a steady boost throughout the day. Using these patches is very straightforward. You just peel one off the sheet and place it on a hair-free area of your body, preferably over the veins on your wrist. They stay in place all day, even through multiple hand washings, which is a big plus for me.

I was attempting to find a non medicated alternative to gaining more focus and fast. This DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
I definitely tried the product with a little skepticism. I do know transdermal applications for certain things work. I placed it in the location indicated by the product. It did not stick well. I then thought maybe it’s because A. I didn’t dry off well. I reapplied it and it lasted about 4 hours.
The first day I did not feel anything. So I continued to use it for a week because I was hoping that it just need to build in your system. It’s vitamins so naturally you want to do it daily. NOTHING.
THIS IS NOT A RETURNABLE ITEM.

I’m currently a university student taking online classes and I got these because I have trouble focusing, especially on assignments that require a lot of long textbook readings. The first time I used it, I didn’t feel like it did anything much… I finished my assignments though, but I noticed that shortly after sticking it on, I felt extremely tired and sleepy. Sure, maybe that’s because I was just tired that day. Tried it again a few days later and I was sleepy and tired AGAIN after sticking it on! I was not tired before sticking it on. I also noticed that it made my brain feel “sluggish” and slow, felt like I was moving in slow motion, making me dizzy. I also have random bouts of vertigo while using it.

The two patches I’ve used from this brand ( “focus” & “stress relief”) are incredible; they did exactly what I needed. I have a really hard time, this time of year.. and for some reason, this year was harder than the previous.. I could barely get out of bed: always exhausted, always “meh” 0 motivation, 0 focus, 0 follow-through.. I went on this way for weeks & thought about reaching out to a doctor/therapist but with no medical insurance, I asked myself “do I really want to pay hundreds of dollars to be a Guinea pig of perscriptions that don’t work or make this worse”… but I had to do something, and I knew I did: it was negatively impacting my marriage, my children

Except this brand for “Focus” & “Stress Relief”, and the Friendly Patch “Zen” (but Zen unfortunately stopped working by the time I neared the end of the month.. I was honestly thinking to rotate the Zen & Stress Relief).
Anyway, I’m sharing my story because maybe it’s similar to you.. and I want to just give you some hope to keep trying different things until you find what’s right for you: YOU WILL.
Please Remember: what you’re going through is temporary: it will not be like this forever, you will not always feel like this (even if it doesn’t feel that way or you’ve been stuck in a situation for awhile) everything inevitably changes & turns a corner: c’est la vie.
