I’m ALL about anything with snail mucin in it these days so was excited to try these Ziivva Under Eye Collagen Patches Eye Masks with 24K Gold and Snail.
Unfortunately, these are WAY too slippery. I’ve used a lot of skincare products with snail mucin, and the skincare products are STICKY but not SLIPPERY like these are – so it makes me wonder if these really have snail mucin in them or it’s just stating they do to jump on the band wagon…
The ingredients also state that it includes 5 collagen peptides, Hyaluronic acid, 24k gold as well as grapefruit and mushroom extracts. Again, I’m not sure which ingredients really are truthfully in these eye patches as it’s nothing like any other snail mucin product I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a lot haha).
It did feel soothing once I took them off, but it wasn’t under my eyes after 15 minutes (not even after 1 minute haha) they just slide right down my face.
I most likely will not be using again as they just don’t work with my face/under my eyes haha so unless I want cheek patches, I unfortunately can not recommend. If I decide to try them out again and have a change of opinion, I will come back and update my review.

In the few days that I’ve bought this I see its effect around my eyes. It also smells good and has a pleasant texture. However the container is much snaller that what I was expecting.

These patches stayed put pretty well. I put one under each eye, and one on my forehead, and took care of some morning tasks while I had a timer set. I put the excess essence on my skin, and it absorbed really well. My skin felt softer and smoother after removing the patches, and my eyes didn’t look as exhausted as they usually do.
My eye cream went on noticeably smoother after using these, and my other products went on well, too. I use a tinted sunscreen instead of foundation, and it went on well, with no pilling, streaking, or excessive oiliness.
I like that a little spatula is included so that I don’t have to dig into the jar with my fingers.

These under eye patches are supposed to be moisturizing and brightening. I don’t really need brightening, and I didn’t notice any change in my skin brightness. They are moisturizing, but I think it’s easier to just use a regular serum that you put a couple drops on your fingertips and pat it on under your eyes.
They don’t stay on well unless you are lying down, so for good or bad, you can’t multitask while using these. The price seems quite reasonable for 30 pairs. It comes with a little plastic tool to help remove them from the jar and keep the ones still in the jar fresh/clean.
Overall, these are nice and they give you a good way to relax and unwind for a few minutes. The instructions suggest to leave them on for 15 to 20 minutes.

First of all these are way too slick. You should use them lying down because they will slowly slide down your face otherwise. Second of all, absolutely no noticeable difference after using these. I have used other under eye patches that actually make a difference in one use. That being said, these are way cheaper. But you get what you pay for i guess. Other than not working for me, there was no issue with the serum on it. It wasnt sticky or smelly and my makeup went on fine after using it.
