What are your issues with pain patches?
Doesn’t stick?- these have a strong adhesive grip!
Can’t feel the relief?-probably not so much the first hour. But the longer you wear it the more I tense the heat and the pain relief
Comes off when wet?- You’re going to wish it did! Stays on even when wet or if you are sweating! Added moisture makes it more intense.
Does it stop working when you take it off? – nope! And if you doubt this just hop into a warm bath or shower! It’s hotter!

This product can be applied on very easily. It hardly has any smell, however, if you are the kind of person that is pretty active, going up and down stairs, bending at the knee, well! this patch, will not stay on for long. To be honest with you, if your knees are like mine (bone on bone) this product definitely isn’t the answer.

I bought these not really thinking they would work. Well surprise, surprise. I have worn them on my bad knee. And the pain has really subsided. My only issue is the scent / fragrance is very strong. Not unpleasant. Just strong. If they could make unscented it would be much better.

I tried one of these for the first time last night. Here’s what I found out. Easy to apply(a little hard to get backing off since no split). It has an unusual smell but not terrible for. I wore it on my left knee for about 3.5 hours and it did seem to lessen the pain. After that length of time, it started to feel like it was warm on my knee and a bit uncomfortable. I took it off since I was going to bed but will need to try it again. So-the jury is still out.

Very helpful for my arthritic knees. Adheres well. Minimal odour. I prefer this pale tan colour to the green colour many other patches come in, it is much less noticeable, especially if your wearing shorts or a skirt. I can recommend this product based on my experience.

The patch was effective with a strong scent, in combination with a knee brace provided some relief. The value of 40 patches was also a good value for your money. Definitely do not wear to sleep, during the day worked well for several hours.
