The two patches I’ve used from this brand ( “focus” & “stress relief”) are incredible; they did exactly what I needed. I have a really hard time, this time of year.. and for some reason, this year was harder than the previous.. I could barely get out of bed: always exhausted, always “meh” 0 motivation, 0 focus, 0 follow-through.. I went on this way for weeks & thought about reaching out to a doctor/therapist but with no medical insurance, I asked myself “do I really want to pay hundreds of dollars to be a Guinea pig of perscriptions that don’t work or make this worse”… but I had to do something, and I knew I did: it was negatively impacting my marriage, my children

I barely spoke to anyone or friends in weeks, and my work.. I own/run my own company among other BIG projects I was near completing.. and I lost almost everything I had spent 5 years building: I was letting my entire life crash and burn for weeks.. and than weeks were quickly turning into months, for no reason other than depression.

I’ve been using The Patch Brand Energy Patches, and they have been fantastic for giving me a steady boost throughout the day. Each patch contains a blend of caffeine, taurine, green tea extract, and vitamins B3, B5, and B6. The ingredients are simple but effective, providing a smooth energy boost without the jitters.
Using these patches is very straightforward. You just peel one off the sheet and place it on a hair-free area of your body, preferably over the veins on your wrist. They stay in place all day, even through multiple hand washings, which is a big plus for me.
I really like that these patches are clear and discreet—you hardly notice them on your skin. However, they do tend to leave a sticky residue when you remove them. A little bit of micellar water or rubbing alcohol easily takes care of that.
One patch provides 10 mg of caffeine, which is enough to keep me energized without causing a crash later in the day. I appreciate that they are all-natural and don’t make me feel jittery like some other caffeine products do.
I prefer this brand to The Good Patch because they are clear, smaller, and they stay on better. I also use the B12 Awake patches and the Focus Patches from this brand, and they work great too.

These patches are very effective, but they have caused me very vivid dreams. I cut a patch in half to see if that decreased the weird dreams but it did not. I will say I woke up feeling very rested, if not utterly confused by the dreams 😂

I have purchased these sleep patches many times over the last year and have also shared these with family and friends. They are a little expensive but they are super easy to use and they have great adhesion so the patches never fall off when I am sleeping. I highly recommend these!

The focus patch works for me. I put it on when I sit down to write, or when I am trying and can’t seem to get my brain to do the work, and I get a good couple hours of solid focus in. Might be placebo, might not be. Either way it doesn’t really matter because it gets the work done.
