This is by far the best toothpaste I’ve ever used. For years I’ve tried every kind of whitening toothpaste and even used whitening strips as well. None of them made any significant difference in the stains on my teeth (I like drinking black tea).
Then, my husband bought this on a whim as a cart add-on item and by the time we finished the first tube we were hooked. I didn’t think it would whiten my teeth, but it did.
My stains are actually all gone now and my teeth have never looked better. Not only that, it’s my favorite toothpaste to use in the morning because it doesn’t have an overwhelming flavor that makes everything I eat taste awful. Mild taste, lasting effects. Best toothpaste EVER!

I had used a sample of this Natural Dentist Charcoal toothpaste and loved it as it did whiten my teeth within 2 weeks. I have searched for it in every store in my area and was never able to find it. I found it on Amazon and purchased 2 tubes to be sure that I would not run out. After getting over the fact that the toothpaste is black I found it refreshing and it has kept my teeth white.

I find it pricey, yes. That’s why I tried other brands, but none of them were as good as this one.
I just wish it weren’t as expensive.
It leaves your teeth feeling clean, it actually whitens them and it’s got a good taster. Oh, and it doesn’t leave your sink all black like the one I’m using now, which has me cleaning my sink every time I brush my teeth.

I absolutely love this Charcoal Whitening Toothpaste. It’s a great product. I am so happy with the outcome of this toothpaste, that I no longer buy any other toothpaste for my household. We have decided to switch to this Charcoal Whitening Toothpaste. I threw all my other toothpastes away. This is all we need. Great price! It’s very refreshing and my kids love the flavor. My son actually enjoys brushing his teeth now. Thank you for this great product. Seriously, my son brushes his teeth several times a day now. This is exciting for me.

…but my boyfriend thinks the peppermint taste is too strong. Personally I don’t have an issue with it, however it is definitely more of a peppermint extract flavor rather than a concocted, extra palatable version like in many drugstore toothpastes. The packaging is nice. I adore the fact that I can stand it on my counter and the paste works with gravity to always be ready to use. No rolling up required.
At first when I used it, I noticed my mouth was somehow drier in the morning than before. Then I reread the instructions which clearly state you SHOULD rinse with water after brushing. I was used to fluoride toothpaste which usually warns against doing just that. Ever since I made the adjustment, there have been no issues.
I haven’t particularly noticed whitening effects while using this toothpaste. Though this is most likely due to inconsistent use.
I fully intend to finish my remaining product and I will be purchasing again in the future. Highly recommend it to others as well!

I found out that I’m allergic to a lot of toothpaste brands that are sold in the stores but this one doesn’t burn my mouth or make it peel. Every other toothpaste I tried does and when I asked my dentist why he said it was because I was allergic to it. I am so grateful I found this one.

Tastes good (clean and herby, not sweet), does get my mouth and teeth very clean, but no extra whitening. Charcoal does not bleach; it can only get your teeth as white as they naturally are and most people’s teeth are naturally off-white to yellow-white. It will and does remove stains and plaque very efficiently and is better at micro-abrasion than most toothpastes to scour tartar off your teeth, but is no substitute for a good dental cleaning on a regular basis. If you have your teeth whitened/bleached, then this might be a good choice to work in your rotation to keep them white longer. This brand is a decent buy at current price point, which is comparable to cost of regular tooth paste, if you would like to try a charcoal toothpaste.
