Mild flavor not over powering, my daughter love the orange flavor. It cleans well and we really like it. I have tried another brand that leaves you feeling a little fresher but it’s still really good. we actually buy both brands.

I cannot speak to the other flavors, but the Mint is great. My kids (8 & 11) don’t think it’s too “spicy” and it actually leaves their mouths fresh, unlike the other milder mints and sweet flavored kids toothpastes we’ve tried. Relieved it has a higher hydroxyapatite percentage (10%). The packaging is great… the cap on the tube is very easy for my kids to open and close and is extra stable on the counter (they were always knocking previous tubes over), the opening is small and the paste is thick, so they don’t squeeze out too much and make a mess, and the design itself is just well done and looks cute in the bathroom without looking childish (obviously not a top priority, but a plus). Checks all my boxes.

Taste is faint and more like glue than vanilla. My kiddo won’t use it, and frankly I don’t want to either. It’s going in the SHTF collection of just in case items but will not order again.
The mint flavor on the other hand is nice, not overpowering but fresh. Both flavors we’ve tried are a very thick paste so a bit tough to squeeze out of the tube.
3 stars for quality ingredients, knocked off 2 for both lack of good taste and presence of glue aftertaste.

It doesn’t taste like vanilla and I had to spit it out. I cant even offer my kids to try it since it was so horrible. I wish this company did sample/travel packets.
I had to edit my review since I didn’t realize I couldn’t review individual flavors.
I like the light mint and my child can enjoy it.
The vanilla is something from hell so good bye.
I want to try the orange…. but I’m afraid of throwing out more money.

My kids don’t like peppermint flavored toothpaste, and this one is great! I also feel like it has improved the overall health of their teeth. They love it!! It tastes like vanilla icing

This may be a long review.
I have a topical menthol allergy that has begun to get worse in recent years. The final straw for me was when I was brushing my teeth and felt my gums, lips, and chin burning. It didn’t matter how much I rinsed my mouth or how much I washed my face, it just would not stop. I began searching online for toothpaste that wasn’t mint flavored, prepared to stoop to using children’s toothpaste if need be.
The first company I purchased from was Hismile. Coming from Australia, it was taking forever to get here and I couldn’t continue brushing with water any longer. I turned to Amazon for help. I found several different companies with different products, but most managed to sneak mint in there or had ingredients that I wasn’t interested in. Enter Happy Tooth! I bought the Sweet Orange and the Vanilla Frosting flavors, hoping that I would prefer one over the other. I did. It was the Sweet Orange. My teeth feel so clean when I use this, and in a good way. They’re not dry or stripped.
Hismile arrived and I gave it a go. They use sucralose as their sweetener. The flavors that don’t list menthol sure as heck felt like menthol to me. Despite their fancy flavors, I found myself still wanting to use Happy Tooth. I don’t feel like a rabid squirrel while brushing. I’m confident in the ingredients. The Sweet Orange flavor is delightful. Hismile got donated to my niece and nephew.
The one thing I will say is that using this toothpaste alone didn’t feel like enough for me. My teeth were clean, sure, but it didn’t feel like it made the rest of my mouth clean. I was having to use my tongue scraper more often and I was beginning to feel self conscious about my breath. I added Closys unflavored mouth rinse as my first step. Then Sweet Orange Happy Tooth, followed by The Natural Dentist Orange Zest mouth wash. This trio seems to be working for me, because my teeth are sparkling and white, and my breath is no longer offensive.
I don’t know who decided that mint needed to be the standard for oral care, but I think orange is due its time in the spotlight.
