Per the supplement facts on the back of the bottle, each capsule contains only 20% resveratrol.

not sure if it is really working. I will try it without taking these and see if it makes a difference

Due to my age and medical issues along with my regular prescribed medication I also take various vitamin and mineral supplements. Over the years I had heard about the many benefits of Resveratrol but never used it until recently when I ordered this product (Paradise herbs-Resveratrol-supports healthy cardiovascular function-exhibits anti-aging+antioxidant+ phyto-estrogen & cardio-protectant-60 capsules) on Amazon for a bargain price.
I have begun taking one tablet a day and I have had no side effects at this time. It seems to support my overall health along with my total fitness lifestyle or working out 6 days a week.
Like any supplement if you are under doctor’s care you should with your health care professional before taking any extra supplement(s).

Very strong stuff (20:1 concentrate) – each pill produced something like a mild rush/stimulation from taking it, but not necessary unpleasant. Took for Lyme, have decided to go with bulk Japanese Knotweed powder instead, but still have this on hand as a backup and will take in a pinch.

I gave this product a five due to this being a very difficult product to find, especially with minimal additives. Would have prefered a higher count, as our family is following the Buhner protocol for lyme and coinfections, but product overall is great.
